Whether we had an engine question, tow package or any of the many electronic features, he was able to answer all of them. There was none of this "he would have to ask someone". We felt he was very honest & up front with any question we had & made us feel very comfortable & not pressured. He explained all the features of the truck & additional items we could add if wanted. My husband & I have to both agree that he sealed the deal for us with his courtesy, knowledge & friendly attitude. So many sales people try to sound like they know what they are talking about, but Mike knows his business & trucks for sure!!! She made sure that after being told of the work needed and the cost that I met Luis and she had him show me the affected parts and explain to me what needed to be done. I am not sure I have seen a shop this clean as well as the mechanic. You are to be commended on this as well as the hospitality of the staff I dealt with today (June 7, 2013). As far as the cost, no, I was not elated but who is elated with automotive repair cost these days. I spoke to several other customers there today and asked their opinion of service since this was my first visit and they were very complimentary of the work done for them. I will return for more service work on another truck of mine as long as the same type of experience is present on my return. Keep up the attention to detail and concern for the customer. Chase was my own personal rock star. He contacted me several times before the sale and put me at ease. I was in the market for a mustang so I decided to do some research to see what dealer had the highest rating that's how I came upon Bozard. After I read multiple reviews from dealerrater I decided to also search them on google, after seeing how great their reviews were on google I decided to check out their inventory. After finding the mustang that I wanted I sent in my info to have someone contact me, within hours I was contacted by Chase Burnett. I explained to him that I was in the market for a mustang and that I was already talking to another dealer, he proceeded to tell me that they could beat their price and help me get what I wanted for trade in on my car, that's exactly what he did! Chase was awesome, he was very easy to talk to and very friendly, it felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. Once we made a deal I decided to travel to St Augustine, after I arrived I was greeted by Chase. Like on the phone in person he was still the same, he was very cool, friendly and easy to talk to. We went for a test drive and not once did I feel hesitant to ask him anything even though I really didn't have to ask much since he was really good at covering everything that I could possibly ask about. After we got back he showed me everything on the car, without him showing me I would have been very lost seeing that these new cars are packed with technology. Inside, Chase made my family and I feel like at home, right away he brought us refreshments and let us know that if we needed anything to just ask. It was the same way with AJ, he was very friendly and easy to talk to, not once did we feel pressure to do anything we didn't want to. Even though there were a ton of papers to fill out AJ made it quick and simple. Overall our experience at Bozard was great, dealers need more people like chase, his attitude and people skills are what make sales. If every sales person had a similar attitude like his no one would be scared to walk into a dealer. I will be recommending Bozard to friends and family, as a matter of fact I already have a friend who is looking for a mustang so I'll be sending him to Chase. My wife and I were on our way to visit her Sister in Stuart, Florida. We stopped at a gas station in St Augustine to purchase gas in our 2011 Ford Mustang The gas station was a RaceTrack station. Attempted to put gas in car but would not accept it. There was a gentleman at the station that said a Ford dealership was close by. He got in his car and guided us to Bozard. What a streak of luck. We were so upset!!. We were greeted by Marcia Nelson who right away gave us a Free Hug card, which was really needed. They took the car and checked out the problem and found that the gas station did not have the updated hoses and we needed to use an adaptor for their type of pump. The mechanic showed me the adaptor and not realizing I looked in the trunk and there it was. We can't say enough great things about the welcome we had along with the prompt attention to our problem and the friendliness of the staff. We live in Maryland and this type of Ford dealership is few and far between. For such a large dealership the service and friendliness is unbelievable.
