She suggested I speak with Tom Krell and I am so glad she did. He was great to work with, I didn't feel pressured at all, and he was able to locate a car that fit my needs. He was willing to let us leave for lunch and discuss the vehicle and didn't pressure us to purchase it right away or we would lose it. This is the best experience I have had with purchasing a car and I would return to Bozard in the future. My husband even told Tom if they got a Yukon or Tahoe on the lot he would be interested in buying and to contact us! More

Chase Burnett was very friendly, knowledgable and worked very hard to help accomadate us. He stayed past closing and was working two deals at once but we never felt like we were not recieving the utmost in very hard to help accomadate us. The day after the deal was closed we returned and he showed us many of the optional features and how to use them. He said we could return at any time and he would help us with any of the features that we needed help with. He also gave us his cell number to call him if we needed help. Chase is an upstanding young man and we would recommend him to any one looking to purchase a Ford. This is our second Ford purchase from Bozard in the last three years and it was a real pleasure working with Chase. More
I received very timely responses to online questions regarding a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that I thought was in stock. I was informed that no hybrid models were in stock at this time. I received a phone call immediately as the first hybrid arrived on the lot and it had been cleaned and was awaiting me for a test drive the following morning. A very thorough overview of the car was given followed by a test drive. No question was left unanswered and a very non-pressured environment existed during the sales negotiation. The overall experience was pleasant, the service was impeccable and I would recommend the dealership and salesman to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I was on my way home last Wednesday when I stopped for a drink. When I started up the vehicle, I noticed that check engine light was on as well as the oil pressure gauge wasn't registering. Checked the di drink. When I started up the vehicle, I noticed that check engine light was on as well as the oil pressure gauge wasn't registering. Checked the dip stick & it appeared not to have oil on it. I called David who decided to come & check on it even thought he was at home on his day off. The oil was clean so it was difficult to see on the stick. FInally he showed me that there was plenty. I started the engine & everything was fine. Actually, after I got home, I realized that I had not started the engine in the beginning, only had turned the key to the on position. Embarrassment is hardly the word to describe how I felt! David did not have to respond as he did & could have suggested that I call a towing company, but he mad that extra step to help me. He is an exemplary employee who takes the saying in his email seriously: You are now part of our family at Bozard! I really owe him one!! Thank you, David! More

TJ in finance was especially nice and since we ahd been sittign there for several hours waitign on paperwork even sent Jay to McDonalds to get my 3 year old daughter a happy meal. Jay and TJ were great. I was a little disappointed with the trade in process although not surprised by it. The inital offer on my trade was so low it was almost an insult. I know the value of my vehicles and am meticulous in how I care for them. We coudl have saved a lot of tiem and emotion if you ahd jsut given the best deal up front. But, I get that's how the game is played. All in all, I felt like I was treated well, the staff was very friendly and I was able to get a fair price for my trade and the new truck. More
I am very impressed with the way that Bozard does things, especially Mr. Tom Krell. I have been to several dealerships over the past three weeks. I have spent untold hours on the Internet. There were many e-mails and phone calls back and forth with car salesmen to no avail. Although some of the others made some sort of effort, they didn't seem to understand that people want a good vehicle at a good price. Many times I heard that to get what I wanted, I would have to pay more. To say that buying an automobile from Tom Krell at Bozard Ford was the best and easiest car buying experience that I have ever had, would be somewhat of an understatement. I was really blown away by the amazing experience. I was looking for a specific used vehicle, an Acura TL; when I discovered one at Bozard Ford, Mr. Krell made the whole process absolutely painless and quite enjoyable. In the future, I will go to Tom Krell first whether I am searching for a new car or a used car. Thank you very much! Tim Jones More
