This dealership was by far the best dealership I have ever been too. My lease was ending in a few months and I was honestly dreading it. I heard about Bozard through Rich Reum and I was very happy that I did. Rich talked to Greg McDonald and when I went up to the dealership the car I ended up getting was already out for me to test drive. The customer service within that whole dealership was awesome. I felt like one of there friends by the time I left. I have never gone through turning in a lease before so I was not sure what to expect but I knew with my past experience with Gary Yeomans I thought I would be there for hours. I was in and out in a hour and a half, but it only felt like 30 minutes. Before I even signed my papers Rich was helping my sync my phone to my car. Once i decided i was getting my 2013 Fusion, I went to TJ Bernal to sign papers. This man was beyond awesome as well! I couldnt believe the deals I was getting as far as oil changes and financing. I had never had that type of service before. I was at Gary Yeomans when I got my Fiesta for 7 hours. I couldn't believe how short my visit was with Bozard. They answered all my questions. Gary signed me up with Sync on the computer and explained to me different things I could do which was available in my Fiesta but I never knew about it. This dealership is a little further from me then Gary Yeomans but I wouldnt go to any other dealership again. I have to go in to Bozard now for some body work that wasnt anyones fault and I again was so happy to hear that I could just go up there and they could give me a car while mine is being worked on. I had asked Gary Yeomans before if they had done that and they looked at me like that wasn't an option. When this lease is over I will deffinately be FInancing my car through Bozard. More
