Last week I traded my 2009 Acura TL for a 2009 Nissan Maxima from your dealership. I found your vehicle to be competitively priced in this market, and this necessitated my visit more than 60+ miles to y Maxima from your dealership. I found your vehicle to be competitively priced in this market, and this necessitated my visit more than 60+ miles to your dealership. First, I got there late (my fault). My navigation system directed me to the "Ford Motor Company" on Ponce De Leon last Saturday evening. Yet, I was determined to see your car, so I accessed your site approximately 35 minutes after you officially closed. Gratefully, you were still open and attempted to make a deal. I was upside-down on my trade (which I knew, actually thousands of dollars upside-down). But I thought we could still work a deal. After coming back with the numbers, many banks turned down the loan (not because my credit was bad; I was at a 700-705 beacon) but because the loan to value (LTV) was out of whack. Bryan Wilson went into quick action to attempt to make the numbers work, and I threw in an additional trade to offset some of the negative equity. However, I was kind of bummed that the loan couldn't be "shot-gunned" (a practice dealerships engage in to hit or inquire into many bank in an attempt to secure financing) at the lower amount go that I could get the car that night. Yet, I was told, given that it was very late, there was no physical person available (at the bank) to provide an approval. Finance gave the typical 6 to 7 percent rate estimation (which I surmised was too high-- my existing rate before trade-in was 3.99%!). There was no way I would go for that. But Bryan suggested that I try my bank to see if they would finance the deal-- it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. On last Sunday (3/10), I checked with the dealership to see if anything had changed on the financing. Only one back came back with an approval-- but only for 24K and at 5.79%; I would have to fork-over the rest. The rate was acceptable; the difference was untenable, however. But Bryan stated that because of where we were finance-wise, he would deliver the Maxima to me and pick-up my trades. I thought this was outstanding and above and beyond service--then Monday came! In good faith, I checked with my credit union regarding financing the loan. The stepped up and covered the whole thing, minus my down payment of $500. Now one of my pet peeves is talking to a whole bunch of people and having to continually repeat myself. But I had to do this. Apparently there was an issue with the purchase order. I agreed to one price (and I had the P.O. in my possession) and others had different purchase orders with a different set of numbers. I advised every one to "talk to Bryan and Ovidio; they know what we discussed." I found, however, that Bryan was off that day, and apparently it left your other staff having to scramble for bits and pieces of the story. I later talked to Bob (not sure if Robinson or Hewit) and explained the bottom-line numbers Bryan agreed to and the P.O. Ovidio provided. It was a painful conversation because "Bob" was working off of another P.O. and dated information. But because Bryan was not there at that point to explain, I was engaged in a painful (for him and me) conversation with "Bob" about the numbers. Even though I had approved financing at a much lower rate than the one quoted from Bozard's lender and my credit union was ready for the paper work-- Bob put the deal on hold. Thus, I had to wait to hear back to see if the numbers that Bryan authorized would be deemed acceptable. Thankfully Bob did get in contact with Bryan, but now there was snag in the price because of my second trade. Prior to sight-seen, Bryan agreed to tender me 1K for my old Audi 90. I was straight-up. The was a "humpty." It needed a paint job (mainly the hood and interior work on the upholstery). But the vehicle ran. It had 152K miles, leather interior, cold-blowing A/C, working CD player, moonroof, pwr. windows door locks and 60/40 split seats. It was a "knock-around" car. Since it was a "knock-around", and I was trading two vehicles, I offered to have the Audi towed to your dealership (because I could not drive both of them). Also, an old car like that was not suited to drive 75-85 mph on I95 or at least I hadn't tried. After I had made my final payment to my credit union (which lowered my payoff about $400), Bryan didn't want to honor the 1K we agreed to for my trade. He thought it was only worth $500-600 because I mentioned the towing. I saw it a means to recoup money in the deal. I, too, threatened to balk at the paying $500 down payment I agreed to out of protest. I calmed down, called Bryan back, and agreed to pay it, however. Now during all of this, I checked Dealer Rater to see what kind of dealership I was dealing with because my experience belied the kudos several of your customers provided. In fact, I didn't think that I was being treated as a valued customer. Yes, Bryan agreed to deliver your car and pick-up both of my vehicles and is a nice guy. And your finance dept simply didn't do enough, in my opinion, in being aggressive in attempting to earn my business. I said it proved to be a blessing in disguise because I worked a rate of 3.74%. However, I would have been Ok with a 4.5-5-5% rate from your guys had it been doable. So I had a bittersweet taste in my mouth. I got a FANTASTIC deal, given my negative equity situation (and you've got one great trade, in my Acura TL, which I am sure you know!). But the deal was uneven-- great price, willing to pick-up my trades but less than consistent customer service-- until I met Eric Pitts. Eric salvaged my opinion of your dealership! He delivered the Maxima. I found him to be professional, straight-up and business-like. I found him to be thorough. I signed the paperwork, and the rest was history. He represents your company well. Bryan did a solid job too. He gave me a bare bones deal. No, scratch that! He gave me a super deal. I would just encourage him to communicate throughout the entire process so that the customer isn't left having to explain things to those who are vaguely familiar with the details.Yet, his offer to deliver your vehicle to my house and pick-up the others is unheard of. I am very appreciate of that! The debate over the numbers regarding the second trade didn't thrill me, but his overall offer made-up for it. Bryan, too, is an asset to the organization. No hard feelings, Bryan. :-) Finance Dept. Try harder next time. Bob (Robinson/Hewit) I apologize for not allowing you to convey your thoughts on the P.O. you referenced and for providing an unpleasant phone conversation for you. Respect is mutual and again I apologize. Bozard Ford-- I wish your corporation nothing but the best in the future, and thanks for the Maxima! I am enjoying it! If I ever decide to buy a Ford, I will keep your dealership in mind. I believe you have the right outlook. More

I was shopping for two vans for my company. Brian stopped in to see me, I told him what I was looking for, he found them and gave us a great deal. After the deal was done, he even delivered them for me. That in to see me, I told him what I was looking for, he found them and gave us a great deal. This was the 3rd Ford dealership I visited in a weeks time. Chase gave me the best price on the first shot. No stressful negotiations. Bozard also gave me almost double for my trade-in than the previo time. Chase gave me the best price on the first shot. No stressful negotiations.
