I just picked up my new 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium on Friday March 1, 2013. In 2010 we turned in our 2007 Lincoin MKZ for a new 2010 Lincoln MKZ and Henry Rowe assisted us in the transaction. So often purchasing a new car is a hassle and not what one would consider a wonderful experience but it should be and Henry Rowe made the whole process fun and enjoyable. When our 2010 MKZ lease was up recently (December 2012) we contacted Henry to trade into a new 2013 model and ended up selecting a MKX since the MKZ wasn't available (then or now). Once again, no surprises and another wonderful experience thanks to Henry. I am the type of individual who doesn't want to be or feel pressured and Henry and everyone at Bozard Ford treats us as valued customers, they are patient, courteous, helpful and considerate and seem genuinely interested in assisting us in every way possible - and to make sure we are completely happy and satisfied. Recently with my lease coming up on my 2011 Ford Escape Limited, I contacted Henry and inquired about lease incentives and was leaning towards a 2013 Fusion for my next vehicle. I did some research on BozardFord.Com and found the exact model and equipment that would fit the bill. Henry worked up some lease numbers and I essentially committed to buy pending a test drive and inspection. This past Friday March 1 I drove from my home in Jacksonville to Bozard to meet with Henry and upon arriving found out that a family emergency had required him to attend to. The new car director George Clark greeted me and informed me of Henry's family emergency, noting that Tom Krell would be assisting me in Henry's absence. Thom Workman also approached me and told me that Tom would take good care of me, assuring me that in Henry's absence, Tom was the "go to guy." Tom greeted me warmly and noted that he worked closely with Henry and although he recognized my special relationship with Henry he would do all in his power to assist me and make me happy - and he did. He too was wonderful and as we talked about a lot of things, Tom commented that the culture of Bozard is indeed "the customer comes first" and he kept saying that if I ever needed assistance that I had both Henry and him to call upon. The same care and attention that Henry pays to me was provided by Tom and the transition in Henry's "understandable" absence was seamless and similarly enjoyable. This is our third vehicle lease within the past three years and I dare say it won't be the last. My lease work was performed by AJ Miller and he made that process as enjoyable as it could ever be - LOL. As both Bozard Ford and Lincoln customers, my wife and I have come to know, trust and enjoy our vehicle transactions with our friends at Bozard and we would recommend our dealership and representatives to anyone and everyone. When we decided it was time for a new vehicle, our first stop was Bozard Ford. We met Jason and he showed us around and let us drive an Explorer. We shopped other dealers and decided what we wanted and retu stop was Bozard Ford. We met Jason and he showed us around and let us drive an Explorer. Jason was unavailable that day so we were introduced to Stephen and George and they handled finding the Explorer with the options we wanted. We were given daily updates as progress was made. On the night we picked it up, Ronnie led us through the sale with Ovidio and then showed us the features and synced our phones. The overall experience was great and we would recommend Bozard to other people we know. More

Service department or group of individuals are always responsive to my requests and schedule. The work most recently completed on my 2010 F150 was excellent and value for service.
