I found a truck equiped they way I wanted on internet. Made phone call and spoke to David Siekierski. Made the short drive down the next day and bought the truck. The sales transaction went very well and there was no back-and-forth haggling about the price. It was a pleasure to deal with a dealership that puts no pressure on you. It was worth the short ride from Jacksonville to St. Augustine. The best part of all was when the other dealerships in Jacksonville started calling me a few days later ready to make the deal I had offered them a few days before and I was able to tell them they were too late. They had their chance and blew it. I highly recommend Bozard Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle without the hard-core sales pitch most dealers put on you. Great buying experience. I found the car on their website, sent an email to set up a test drive, showed up and took the car home the same day. Luis was GREAT! Frank was extremely helpful. Great customer service with emails. I actually had emailed dealerships within 30 minutes of my home.
