I flew down from Upstate New York to buy a 10 year old, very low mileage SUV which I had found on the internet. I had previously sent a $500 deposit on the vehicle, despite never having seen it. My internet research led me to believe that I was dealing with a very reputable dealer with an unusually high level of customer satisfaction. Thus, I was quite comfortable making said deposit and flying such a great distance for the vehicle in question. I was greeted by Dave Siekierski who could not have been nicer and more pleasant. Much to my relief, the vehicle was in even better condition than had been previously communicated to me by both Dave and the the Director of the Used Car Dept./Internet Sales, Bob Hewit [who took the time to come out of his office and introduce himself]. All the paperwork went very smoothly thanks to Dave and the Financial Services Manager, Ovidio Cirtina, and before long I was on my way back to New York. Our new '2011 F150 Lariat was acting up, and clunking when driven at slow speeds. The transmission was apparently not right and after talking with George Clark, the sales manager who sold it to us, he when driven at slow speeds. The transmission was apparently not right and after talking with George Clark, the sales manager who sold it to us, he advised me to bring it in and he would personally talk to Service in regard to it since he had ridden in it and felt the noise. I took it in on the 16th and met with Russel and took it for a ride. After seeing what it did he proceeded to take it in and track down the problem. He took the drive shaft out and reset the calibrations on the computer and it now runs like a new vehicle. Not only did he step up, but assured me he would find the problem and solve it and he did. They gave me a good car to drive and then called me after completing the work and I am totally satisfied with the work and the attitude of the people involved. Jeff Sparks saw to it that it got to Russel and Russel did the work. I have already referred one person to Bozard and would again today.
