Good Morning Mr. Lekien, First, I would like to appologize for the poor delivery that you recieved. I will make no excuses as there are none that are acceptable. Thank you for bringing this to my attention so that I may address this with my staff to insure that this does not happen again. We do a lot of things right and have experienced a tremendous amount of growth in the past year. Along with growth often comes an increased staffing requirement. It is my responsibility to insure that all new staff members are properly trained and capable of meeting the standards of excellence that our customers expect and deserve. I have failed you in this instance. Rest assured, I will redouble my efforts. I read every single review that we get as it is of paramount importance to us. When I read your review, I immediately sent you an email and followed up with a phone call. Letti Bozard has also called you personally and even had someone hand carry a letter to your home to insure that you are aware that our commitment to your satisfaction is present at the highest levels of our dealership. However, since our initial discussion we have not heard from you. As per our discussion, I would like to extend the following three options to you. I would be happy to schedule a one on one personal training session for you here at the dealership on what ever day works best for you and for as long as needed. The second option would be to schedule the same one on one session at your work or home if this is more convenient for you. The third option would be to attend a group session which we have once each month here at the dealership. As for the deal itself, I can only tell you that we make every effort to be competative on every deal. Quite frankly, we would never survive in what is an extremely competative business if we were not. I reviewed your deal in detail and feel that we were on the mark with our numbers. Our business is not an exact science and we can not always get to numbers that work for both parties. However, at the end of the day only you the customer can make the decision as to weather the deal will earn your business or not. Given the amount of research that you did prior to purchasing, I would be inclined to believe that our bottom line could not have been that off the mark. All this being said, we always try to be competative when it comes to "the deal". We are well aware that if we are not competative that there may be no deal at all. What all of our customers should recieve is excellent service and we have failed you in this area. I can not change the fact that we have not given you this level of service but in reponse, I am trying to make this right. Please contact me and allow me to provide you with the proper orientation to your new truck. We all make mistakes, it is how we respond that can set us apart.
