I WOULD LIKE TO FIRST SAY THAT I'M HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.WHEN I BROUGHT MY TRUCK A FEW WEEKS AGO I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE PURCHASE. AT THE TIME I DIDN'T KNOW WHOM TO TALK TO ABOUT THE ISSU THIS DEALERSHIP.WHEN I BROUGHT MY TRUCK A FEW WEEKS AGO I HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE PURCHASE. AT THE TIME I DIDN'T KNOW WHOM TO TALK TO ABOUT THE ISSUE AT HAND. THE SALES MANAGER FOUND OUT THAT I WAS UPSET AND CALLED ME TO SEE JUST HOW OR WHAT HE COULD DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM/ISSUES. THIS GENTLEMAN EXPRESS HIS CONCERNS ABOUT MY PURCHASE AND OFFERED TO HELP IN ANY WAY HE COULD TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. THE POINT IS THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THIS JESTURE FOR ME. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks for all of the assistance I received in purchasing my new Ford Edge. He is tried and true! I've referred many customers to Ricky Goodwin over the years. Always without hesitation as I know I am placing them in great hands. This time my financing was handled with the assistance of A.J. Miller. Believe me when I say this was the most positive, enjoyable...yes enjoyable experience I've ever had with a dealership finance guy. The sale of this truck was so bad a don't know where to begin. I was just going to ignore these surveys but then I got a letter from Letti Bozard and it really angered me. In the letter. The letter specifically mentioned; 1.You recived a explanations of the SYNC System (still don't now how to use it) 2. You were introduced to our service department (never met a single service person) 3. Your first maintainance appointment was scheduled (wow really!!!!!!!Would you please tell so I will actually show up. No appointment was set at all. In the letter there was a copy of the Delivery checklist. Which I signed but did not actually go over even half of the stuff on it. I have had to read the manual to figure out anything (like how to move pedals, how to use radio, using bluetooth etc) The "deal" itself was a complete joke. The truck was listed on the internet at $31,800. the sticker was $37825. This is the only reason I even looked at a Ford. My trade was $20,000 with an actual payoff of $22238.16 This was the lowest amount from all other dealers(dodge, toyota and chevy) I ended up with a borrowed amount of $37468.63 which is almost exactly the sticker amount. Wow what a shocker I acutally paid the sticker and not internet price! Both VW and Carmax would have actually paid off my trade in full. The the loan was supposed to be thru Ford which could not be done? Then Sun Trust, Ok. I finally got paperwork on where to send the payment and low and behold......it is from Wells Fargo. If my wife had not opened the Wells Fargo envelope (I put in in the junk mail file) I would had not know about the payment info. I was looking for a Sun Trust envelope. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!! I needed a truck to haul equipment for an expanding catering company and choose Ford after going to several other companies first. Your Salesmen were very passionate about making the sale where the others were not. Yet not so good at delvering the finished product. As I sit here I should have bought the Dodge. The delivered price was $34,500 (trade in of $21500) for a truck the has more features (touch screen radio with nav, alpine stereo, bedliner ect) but the salesmen was very uh whatever. In closing I can not recommned your dealership for new sales and am VERY CONCERNED about doing anything other than warranty work there. I did not buy a Toyota because of the horrible time my wife has had with service of her Solara convertible at the Dealer. Harry Lekien More

She even offered to drop it off at our house, since she lived near by, if it was not available when we left. In regards to the good price. Everyone always feels that they could have got a better deal. I'm satisfied with the deal I received and would recommend Ronnie and the dealership to my friends n family.
