The Service Advisor was exceeding helpful in both the selection of the tires I purchased plus her assistance and caring attention at the dealership when I came yesterday to have 4 tires installed. John Ramirez worked with our family (all 6 of us) for 2 weeks as we worked out the details of getting the truck that my husband wanted. John did not pressure us to buy- ever- and yet he always seemed eager to help us whenever he could. I personally made multiple calls to John and every time he was helpful and friendly. Even after the sale John helped me with another question that I had regarding our recent purchase. The facilities were clean and family friendly. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The agreed upon price was honored. We are satisfied with the price of the truck and we never even asked John to come down from his price. As I approached the Bozard main building I was greeted by a friendly staff member at the door, and to my surprise it was not to "sell", but to say "Welcome". The staff answered all the questions I had, "which were many", as well as worked with me to make my decision a whole lot easier and more enjoyable all the way around.
