When I visited Bozard Ford on New Year's Day, I was relieved that a dozen salesmen did not swoop upon me. That always makes me uncomfortable. Instead, I was greeted by an associate who asked which salesman I was meeting, and showed me to Tom Krell's office. Tom Krell was a pleasure to work with. He didn't use high-pressure tactics to make a sale. I wanted a specific Ford F150, and he found the exact vehicle that I required. Tom even came in to work on his day off to ensure that my truck was transported from Tallahassee to St. Augustine in record time. He personally delivered the vehicle to my home, and showed me all of the bells and whistles for over an hour. I've been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years, and I have to say this was the most pleasant buying experience to date. I was so satisfied, I also purchased a Leer camper shell from Bozard, and asked Tom to find a cargo van for me, as well. Bozard Ford is the best! More
