I would definitely recommend the dealership and Jason to others. My reason for not rating my overall experience higher is mostly because I waited a very long time to get answers to my questions during visi others. In my opinion the biggest reason for the waiting time was because Jason, still early in the car business, was very dependent on others to get my questions answered and to get access to information. He tried his best but it was a bit like herding cats. This was not a big issue for me even though I did think it should ever be this hard to spend $39,000. By the way, I thought everyone I met did their best to meet my needs, and your prospective customer follow-ups were timely and done with taste. I also felt everyone was being honest. That trust factor along with listening to your customer is always more important to me than having the lowest price. More
We stopped at a dealership in a nearby town on our way home from shopping to "just look" at Fords since we had been thinking about purchasing a new 7+passenger vehicle. Although they appeared to have some good deals, we did not appreciate the "vulture-like" demeanor of the sales staff who tried annoyingly hard to not let us leave without buying something even though we had told them multiple times that it was a spur-of-the-moment visit and we'd be back if interested. Since it's very near our home, and we had just seen the end-of-model discounts that the other dealer was offering on Expeditions, we then decided to stop at Bozard's to see what inventory and specials they might offer. What a different experience! Joe Martin listened well and functioned as a "guide on the side" rather than as a predatory salesman just trying to make a sale, helping us differentiate the pros and cons of why a particular vehicle might meet our needs. He exuded enthusiasm for his products and was very patient in answering questions and explaining features. Thus we felt no pressure at all to HAVE to make an immediate decision. In general the whole atmosphere at Bozard's seems to be that of courtesy and respect for the customer and collaborative support among the employees making what had oftentimes been an onerous task a surprisingly pleasurable buying experience. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately went to work trying to find a truck to meet our criteria. Joe was very personable, patient, seemed quite genuine in his conversations with us. Not the typical "used car salesman" talk that makes people uneasy or distrustful. The whole process took over two hours and Joe stayed with us the entire time. We would recommend Joe to everyone. Bryan Wilson was extremely helpful in obtaining the financing we needed. He was nice to talk to, and very competent at his job. Bozard Ford has a great inventory of vehicles. Other dealerships we visited did not have nearly the choices. We would recommend this dealership to others and we would come back again when the need arises. More

My salesman Justin Fisher was as polite as they come, the General Sales Manager Thom Workman is a man of his word and Henry Rowe made sure the vehicle was ordered exactly how I optioned it. When the new car came in, I met with their F&I Manager TJ Bernal. He explained the different warranties that were available without ever being pushy while he completed the motor vehicle paperwork. Unbelievably he got me down from an original APR of 15.9% to 6.25%, which is incredible. The two of them together were very helpful, understanding and patient with me.
