Normally buying a car it's not a very fun experience. My alternator died about a 1/8th of a mile from the Dealership. Art R. was driving by and stopped and asked if I needed assistance and said he would send someone to help me. My wife and I are 58-years-old, and this by far is the best experience we've ever had while purchasing a new car. Miller, I'd always walked into a car dealership with the uncomfortable feeling that I was about to engage in mental mind combat with a set of devious and unwholesome characters, who were surely out to cheat me from my last precious dollar. (Past experience with numerous new and used car salesmen have proven this to be true!) Not so at Bozard Ford, where the salesmen were all personable, respectably dressed (they actually wore belts when wearing a tucked in shirt), and had their gig line straight. They exuded the very essence of professionalism. Now here's what I think really separates Bozard from the rest of the pack: The floor room is strikingly open--no claustrophobic cubicles where seedy deals are typically done at other dealerships. Instead, uncluttered circular desks are set out in an open common area where salesmen conduct business with prospective buyers. The general manager sits to one side at an open desk where the buyer can see him, he can see the buyer, and the buyer can watch the salesman walk over to the general manager to discuss the deal. Thus creating an atmosphere where honesty and frankness take precedence over hidden agendas. At one point, Patrick, our salesman, left us to retrieve a new Ford Explorer he thought we might like to test drive. So my wife and I took that opportunity to utilize a dealer laptop computer--conveniently set up on the circular desk--to scan through Bozard's vehicle inventory, checking prices against options offered and so forth. We picked out one Explorer we really liked. In a few minutes Patrick rolled up in a brand new platinum white Explorer. The exact model we had chosen to fit our price range. I kiddingly told Patrick, “Great minds think alike.” And now that same Explorer proudly sits on the concrete parking pad in front of my house. Good job to all at Bozard Ford for making our new car purchase a pleasurable experience. More

We first met Randy while I was online looking for your inventory. He asked for a list of trucks we were interested in. In minutes I had a list from him and reviewed them and drove to the dealership to l inventory. He asked for a list of trucks we were interested in. Randy noticed a problem and had the truck serviced immediatly after we took it for a ride. He also addressed concerns we had on the hood of the truck. We closed the deal in a short time at the price we were happy with and all concerns were addressed before we left.
