I already rated this dealer five stars (they don't allow six!) for the sales process. Today was my first taste of service. When I arrived, I was greeted like an old family friend. Alek Vecerkovic and Steve Boggus in the service department took excellent care of me and got my car in right of way because I was waiting. The mechanic Jean - did a great job as well, even pre-filling the oil filter before installing it. That's attention to detail. He also made sure the car was kept clean. While having the car serviced, my salesman, Justin Fisher and the General Manager Thom Workman came up to me and said hello and asked how I like my Shelby so far. I've never had a saleman at any other dealer remember me after the sale was made; but, like I stated in an earlier review, Bozard Ford isn't like any other dealer. More

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my F-150 and working with Eric Pitts. I had been to most the Ford dealerships in the Jacksonville area, but no one had my truck. I gave him the specifics of what I wanted and he found the perfect truck. We handled everything over the phone. When I went to the dealership, all I needed to do was test drive the vehicle. After communicating what I was looking for in a car AND in the price, Bozard came through ALL THE WAY! I have been a long time customer of Bozard Ford Service Department. They have done an excellent job of servicing my 2006 F250 Disiel with good pricing, friendly personnel and I LOVE the online service incentives coupon savings! I drive 27 miles to Bozard Ford. I live 4 miles from another large Ford Dealer but I will NOT patronize their business. They are just like every other car dealer. No service coupons to bring in my business, no incentives, just the usual dealer high prices on service AND sales. Believe me, Bozard IS DIFFERENT! I'm IMPRESSED! Thanks guys! Rick Wilcox More

I purchased my 2012 f-250 from Bozard almost two months ago, and at that time I had visited every Ford in the Jacksonville area. The difference was Bozard had the truck I wanted on the lot! I didn't have to wait/pay extra for shipping not to mention they had more stock/trim levels on the lot than any other dealerships in Jacksonville. So when a good friend of mine mentioned that he was going to purchase a new Ford, even though he started to work a deal at another Ford dealer, I insisted that he give Bozard a chance at the deal! To make a long story short, about four hours after I gave him my salesman's contact info he texted me a picture of a 2012 f-150 he had just purchased from Bozard! I called him and he sang Bozard's praises as I did, great sales staff, so many trucks/trim levels on the lot and of course the deal. It's great to get a great deal, but when you recommend someone and they say all the same things... you know, Bozard's doing it right, again and again! More
