Frank Serverius and AJ Miller made for what was possibly the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Frank made me feel right at home upon my initial visit and when I returned with my wife to view the the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Frank made me feel right at home upon my initial visit and when I returned with my wife to view the inventory, Frank asked all the right questions to get to the right car quickly and without a lot of canned, shark-ish sales pitches. After we decided which car we would like to purchase Frank was able to get our trade-in car appraised quickly and went to work with AJ to get our paperwork started. All of this at 7:30 in the evening. By 8:30, we had a reasonable deal signed, thanks to AJ taking the time to listen to our concerns and making what concessions he could to bring a payment in line with our budget. By 9:00, we were driving home in a freshly washed Ford Focus Titanium with an appointment set with Frank to program our MyTouch interface. I'll be the first to tell you that I do not like shopping for new cars. I'd rather have teeth removed rather than be subjected to some of the car buying experiences that we've had in the past. We have bought a few cars over the past 20 years and rarely feel like we get the "trifecta", a good deal on a good car from a good dealership. The team at Bozard really went out of their way to make it a great experience for us. I would recommend Frank, AJ and Bozard to anyone looking for a better buying experience. I feel like we were treated with honesty, integrity and genuine concern. More
