I have to tell you...we probably are among the most leery and skeptical customers to have walked through your doors. I was pleased to find that you did not try to beat me up on my trade-in. You gave me a fair price unlike another dealer (garber automall) who had quoted me pawn shop type pricing on my trade-in. The prices we got on both vehicles we purchased was really reasonable. About pricing...I wish I had had a camera...it was very amusing when we were trying to agree on price on the mustang, I had thought we were $1400 apart in price (at which Chase turned whiter than he is). Then, after a few computations, I realized we were only $381 apart in pricing. Slowly, Chase was able to breathe again. :) This was absolutely, hands down...the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Robert aka Chief (the nickname is so appropriate: he is calm, steady, and wise), Chase, Terry (who is very adept at sliding in jokes just at the right moment), and that guy that had a tremendous amount of energy running back and forth between us and the desk (I'm sorry I don't recall the name. I do know he was just promoted though) were all very helpful and extremely professional. The exact mustang I was looking for was not on your lot but this team located one for me. At first, I was not down with this idea. I had to be convinced that I was getting was indeed everything I expected. Chase sat with me and built a Ford according to my expectations and compared it to the window sticker of the located vehicle. This was no slow process because I, of course, had many, many questions about features and how all this works. To top that off, I was skeptical about getting the actual vehicle I was presented with. Within 24 hours, they had this vehicle ready for pick up/delivery. When I got there, I was amazed. It was all I expected and then some. It looked far better in person than online. Originally, I wanted to add stripes but after seeing it...it was sweet just the way it was. The use of the locator service exceeded my expectations...and that is no easy task to accomplish. Honest Dealings, Professional, Courteous, Expedient, and Exceptional describe Chase, Robert, Terry and the high energy guy. Fair pricing...makes this the best car buying experience ever. I will recommend this dealership and specifically Chase and Robert to anyone I know considering buying a vehicle. More

Only one thing that could be critical of.... they had 3 finance people working and we still had to wait over an hour and a half to see one, I'm very happy they are so busy though. I recently purchased a used Dodge truck from Bozard. It was a one owner, low mile vehicle that was priced very reasonably. To say that Frank and John went the extra mile is an understatement. On the test drive, we noticed a few thing that didn't work properly. Normally, a used vehicle is "as is, no warranty". Not at Bozard. These gentlemen repaired EVERYTHING. My wife and I drove 4+ hours round-trip to look at trading a beat-up old pickup we had for a used F-350 that Bozzard Ford had on their website. I called Randy at 6:00pm on a Thursday night and asked i trading a beat-up old pickup we had for a used F-350 that Bozzard Ford had on their website. I called Randy at 6:00pm on a Thursday night and asked if the truck was still available. He told me it was and I explained what I was looking at trading and that it would be a 4+ hour round-trip for me just to come look at the truck. He assured me that we could work out a deal and promised me that if we didn't, he would pay for my gas. My wife and I arrived early the next morning and Randy was fueling up the truck we wanted to see. When he returned, he made a copy of my license and handed me the keys and told my wife and I to take it for a test drive and they would look over my trade while we were gone. When we returned from the test drive, we sat down and looked over the numbers. They were very close to what I wanted, but not quite there, so I asked to talk to the used car sales managers. Randy told me no problem and got Bob. Bob sat down at the table with all of us and heard me out. He then wrote a number on paper, I countered, and we shook hands. It was the easiest negotiation I have ever experienced and I didn't feel like I just got robbed. Once the negotiating was over with, we were introduced to AJ who was going to finish up our paperwork and financing. I already had my financing lined up through USAA, so that went very smoothly. AJ was very nice and explained every piece of paper that we had to sign, told us what to expect in the mail from the tag office, and thanked us for our business. When we were finished with AJ, we were introduced to Tom who congratulated us on our purchase, thanked us for our business, and installed our temporary tag on the new truck. Our overall experience at Bozzard Ford was excellent. All of the employees were extremely friendly and we got a good deal without all of the hassle. More

I am a return customer to Bozard Ford. My first experience was over the phone and had 2 company vans delivered to my business over 2 hours away. I was so impressed that when I found myself unexpectedly needing a new vehicle due to an accidnent, I called Randy and he ensured that he would take care of me. I visited other dealerships closer to home for test drives, however decided that I would travel (2 hours) to Bozard Ford for the purchase. I knew what I wanted (Explorer) and Randy was ready to show me all the inventory and explained all the options on the new Explorer when I arrived. He gave me his full attention and also gave me personal time to make my decision, instead of hovering over me as in other dealerships. He is genuinely excited about the Ford product and is very informative. Randy is also sincere and cares about his customers. The finance procedure also went smoothly with Terry. He worked hard to ensure that I got the best terms to suit my needs. I am a small business owner and tend expect a higher standard, as that is how I run my company.
