We were greeted friendly by several people when we got there. Stephen Purdy was the first to greet us and we let him assist us. Stephen was professional and courteous at all times. A. We had a little issue with the truck on the way home and even though I understood I was buying as is, when I explained the situation with Rick, (he took care of us because Stephen was not available at that time), he did help me to recoup the money out of pocket for the repairs. There were no hem hawing, I never demanded anything, I just made him aware of the issue and he said something to the effect that it would be no problem. I live about 100 miles from Bozard Ford and called about a new Ford F150 after not finding the deal or truck I was looking for locally. Thom Workman took several of my calls and found a truck that matched a new Ford F150 after not finding the deal or truck I was looking for locally. Thom Workman took several of my calls and found a truck that matched my expectations exactly. He then worked all the numbers over the phone and with very little effort we came to a deal. This deal happened to be better than the other dealers I had been to and I received a very fair offer on my trade. I then provided all my information and he put the deal together and got my financing through Ford Motor Credit. I drove down the next morning to find the truck detailed and ready to go. After I inspected the truck and decided to add a leveling kit and tires Thom and Justin walked me over to parts and introduced me to Ed (parts Manager) to set everything up. He told me they could squeeze me in and get it done that day!! (they even credited me back for the stock tires) While waiting for service to add the options I met with Brian who was in charge of paperwork. He and I sat down and he meticulously went over everything with me. I signed the papers and was done. THIS WAS THE EASIEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. It also happens to be the first truck I have owned and my first Ford. I love it! Thanks guys for all your help and making this a great experience. More
