My husband recently found himself without a vehicle, and researched for several weeks before he decided to buy an F150. We could tell this dealership was different right away. We spent a few minutes looking at their inventory, and for the first time in all these weeks of looking, found the exact truck he was looking for. Shortly we were approached by sales guide Luis Crespo. Luis is the reason my husband bought that truck on that day. Luis is probably the best salesman I’ve ever met. He is knowledgeable, friendly, kind, accommodating, and resourceful. He said and did everything right to convince my overly-cautious husband that he would get a great deal on the perfect truck. And he accomplished all of this without being pushy or over-bearing. Luis answered all of my husband’s questions and concerns and treated us as if we were the most important customers he had ever served. Even the painful paperwork was made easier and more tolerable by AJ Miller in finance. AJ was very professional and proficient, and really worked hard to expedite the financing process and get us on our way. We had a wonderful buying experience at Bozard Ford, and were impressed even more when we returned a week later for a bedliner and tonneau cover we ordered for the truck. The two hour drive from our home in southeast Georgia was worth it for their extensive inventory and wonderful staff. We will recommend Luis Crespo and the team at Bozard Ford to our friends and family for years to come! More

After shopping for a truck for several months, my son, Trey and I were on our way to Tampa to see a truck we found on Auto Trader. (p.s. no sales people approached us or introduced themselves at the time so we left) So we went one exit past and decided to turn around before continuing on to Tampa and thankfully the truck we both remembered was still there! I went up to the receptionist desk and asked for a sales person and before I could barely get the words out, around the corner came CHASE!! YYAAYY! We were so happy that he was the one we met. He was a fountain of energy and information and was very helpful in the process of test driving the truck, and ultimately buying the truck that same day. So maybe it was all meant to be, a trip to Tampa that took us back to Bozard and a lucky coincidence that Chase was there to help! In the end, we will be so much better off having a place like Bozard that we can go back to for service and hopefully when Trey buys his next truck he will come back to Bozard with his trade-in! In my opinion, Chase deserves not just five stars but ten! More

After finding an exceptional (both mileage and price) Ford Expedition on-line, I contacted Tom Krell. He provided additional information and set-up an appointment for me, (same day...as I requested)and w Ford Expedition on-line, I contacted Tom Krell. He provided additional information and set-up an appointment for me, (same day...as I requested)and we headed toward Saint Augustine. Coming from Gainesville; it was a 1&1/2 hour drive. All the way I was developing my strategy to "deal with a car salesman". (Past experience with other dealerships had prepared me for the battle) When I arrived and walked in, I was greeted with a welcome and smile. (not to different than most dealerships) Tom introduced himself and off we went on the "test-drive". I was impressed with the vehicle and said "good enough" and was ready to turn around when Tom suggested we take it on the interstate so I could get the full range of the car. Wow....I took that as Tom wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. (He actually cares about the customer) This was something new!!! Upon return to the dealership, I informed Tom I was definetly interested and had a Toyota Corrola to trade in. (Now I thought - "the battle begins") Tom returned with the paperwork, which included the trade-in value of the Toyota, and I was pleasently suprised. It was a fair value. (I did my homework before we left home) I was already happy with the price of the vehicle (again, I did my homework and Bozard's price could not be beat). My strategy was useless....didn't need it!!! Friendly & honest salesman, great price, fair trade-in value, and transaction was going more smoothly than the last 35 years of my car buying experiences. My wife made the comment to Tom..."You don't understand, He enjoys doing battle with salesmen and you have completly taken the battle out". HOWEVER....I was prepared to take the battle to the Business Manager (A.J. Miller) because I knew (past experience with dealership bean counters) he was going to pull something. Again, WOW. A.J. was friendly and after just a few minutes, I concluded he was honest and customer focused too!!! I wanted to purchase an extended warranty, told A.J. I was aware of the different degrees of warranty and just wanted pricing. A.J. insisted that he explain the differences & cost (glad he did) and find the "best" package for me. (What's this...he's not pushing the most expensive....why does no one in this dealership want to do battle?) A.J. found us a great financing percentage rate, was very organized in his presentation of paperwork, and one of the most personable people I have met. (If he were only a Gator fan - I'd try to apodt him) :) To conclude this long, long, review....Great people, Great prices, Customer Focused, and will highly recommend Tom Krell, A.J. Bruce made a strong and favorable impression on me regarding Bozard Ford. I would definitely recommend others to deal with Bruce. I also dealt with A.J. Miller in the Finance Dept. Locking in a payment and interest rate can be stressful for a potential buyer but A.J. was very comforting and super friendly. A.J. was able to find me an 84 month term at a great rate and a payment I was comfortable with. He explained all my warranty and GAP options thoroughly. I specifically drove to Florida to deal with a different dealership in Palatka, but after being unsatisfied with that other dealership I am so glad that I decided to visit Bozard Ford.
