As a 51 year old and small business owner in Jacksonville, FL,I have purchased 40 plus vehicles in my lifetime. I have dealt with dealerships with most of these purchases. I have just purchased my 4th truck from Ricky and Bozard Ford because I value integrity and value. The Purchasing of a new vehicle can be a dreadful experience because of the sparring back and forth trying not to get over on, by sales people and sales managers, not here with these guys. I appreciate Ricky, George Clark, and TJ Bernal so much for how they treated me through out the purchase. I had visited this dealership about four months ago, just to see the options I had in buying a Mustang. Chase was very helpful and did not try to pressure me into purchasing. Instead he patiently answered my to see the options I had in buying a Mustang. Chase was very helpful and did not try to pressure me into purchasing. Instead he patiently answered my questions and his sales manager even ran nunbers for me even though I was clear that I was not purchasing that day. I asked Chase not to call me that I would return when I was ready to purchase and explained to me the nightmare sales calls that I had gotten from another dealership. I left pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at Bozard especially Chase. I returned to Bozard a couple of weeks ago.I was actually looking primarily for a used car for my husband. I asked for Chase and was surprised when he not only remembered us, but remembered that I was interested in a gray or red mustang. And no,he did not know we were coming and had no access to his computer to check notes! LOL!! I laughed and told him we were looking for a vehicle for my husband. When Chase asked if we were trading in our existing car, I said no because we needed two cars. Chase replied, what if the payments for a Mustang were the same as the payments on the vehicle you are keeping. I laughed again and told him if he could do that and stay in our budget for the used car, he would sell two cars that night. Much to my surprise he showed us a gray Mustang that had all I wanted on it and he and the finance staff were able to work within our budget. So I am now the proud owner of a vehicle I have wanted since I was 9 years old, my husband loves driving it too--though I do remind him it is my car. Chase and the whole staff is great to work with from A.J. in finance to Frank in Service, who made sure the tinting on my windows was perfect. Did I forget to mention that they all have a wonderful sense of humor that makes the whole process of mountains of paperwork actually a pleasant process which is something I have never been able to say before in purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honesty, professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and service. We will return when we need to change vehicles. Thanks to all! More
