Our experience at Bozard was excellent, and we have already been recommending this dealership to our friends and family. Jim Duran was helpful from the first phone call, and he didn't try to sell us a car that we couldn't afford. We told him what we could/would spend, and he helped us find the perfect fit. He did not pressure us to look at cars outside of our means, and he even helped to get us a deal on a car that may have otherwise been too expensive. We appreciated his honest, no-pressure approach to selling cars. It was also a pleasure working with AJ Miller to execute our paperwork and financing. He was friendly, organized and offered us the variety of warranties and add-ons without using pressure or scare tactics. He was honest about what he would personally buy for his own car, as well as what he didn't think was necessary. Overall it was a great experience and we hope that when the time comes for us to buy our next car, that Bozard is still maintaing their current level of service and professionalism. More
My husband and I were in need of another vehicle and were checking the preowned vehicles on multiple sites. I explained my poor credit history and what we were looking to keep our payments at and Eric assured me he could help. After two weeks of my putting Eric through an obsticle course (questions/cars/pricing/test driving) we finally settled on a car. I have to say that my husband and I have not dealt with a dealership in over 20+ years and we were nervous. Both Eric Pitts and the Business Manager TJ Bernal treated us like we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. They were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend Bozard Ford to everyone and tell them to deal directly with Eric Pitts. I am sure there are other salemen that could help, but Eric made you feel like you were dealing with a friend. THANKS ERIC & TJ! YOU BOTH WERE AWESOME!! More
As in all business their are times when communication can be misunderstood and mistakes can be made. Having said that, many company's just do nothing and loose the customer and their business. Bozard and Tho be misunderstood and mistakes can be made. Having said that, many company's just do nothing and loose the customer and their business. Bozard and Thom did not take the easy way out of a tough situation. instead they stepped up, fixed the problem and kept me as a customer. Rare these days of bad service and poor communication does a business do what they claim they will. I would recommend Bozard to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you, Rusty Sluder More

Richard Reum was the point man throughout the process and he went above and beyond to ensure that our purchase was a positive experience. He took the time needed to understand what we were looking for and made certain that these requirements were met. He was always available to answer our questions, even coming in on his day off to assist us. George Clark and AJ Miller completed our positive experience by listening to our concerns, explaining in detail our options, and coordinating as a well managed team throughout the entire process. To be honest with you once I knew that Mr. Thom Workman was in charge of the sales department this was a no brainer. He got me connected with Tom Krell which was a great choice of a salesperson. We got along great, and he is what anyone would look for in a sales professional! AJ Miller did a great job in finance as well. When I look to TRADE in my lease in about 2 year or so and if I am looking at a Ford again there is no doubt that I will be rolling with Bozard Ford! More
Please bear with me as this might be a little long, but my buying experience at Bozard was worth it and worth telling you about if you are planning on buying a Ford, especially at Bozard. I decided to stop at Bozard before heading south to a dealership that I had purchased 3 other Fords from in the past, as it turned out, I'm glad I did. As I walked on the lot, I was greeted by a salesman but not pounced on. After I found a truck that I was interested in, another salesman was fairly close and asked how I was doing and then asked if I needed any help, his name turned out to be Richard Reum and was part of Bozard’s fleet sales. I mentioned that I just stopped in to see what they had before heading to the other dealership that I had bought from in the past, he laughed and said, well you’re here and I want to earn your business. No high pressure, pretty cut and dry since I have the X plan where I work. He came back with a figure that I was pleased with and from there we moved onto my trade in. Honestly, this was where I thought we might have a difference in what my trade might be worth, after coming back with that figure, let’s just say I was pleased again, it was respectable and I wasn’t low balled on my trade, actually more than Kelley trade in value. About 2 hours later, I was driving away in a brand new F250 FX4 Super Cab. Richard held true to his word and has been awesome even after the sale, he picked the truck up from my place of employment about 2 weeks later and made all the arrangements to have a spray in bed liner installed and windows tinted since I work roughly 7 days a week and can be hard to take time off. Not too many salesmen will take their own time after a sale to do something like this. For this, I was very grateful. As for Bozard’s Service dept., I had to bring the truck in for a fluid level check about 2 weeks ago, with no appointment, they had the truck in a bay within about 10-15 minutes and about 15 minutes later, I was pulling out of the dealership, very satisfied again. So far, I can’t say enough good about Bozard here in St. Augustine, I’ve been extremely impressed by everyone I have dealt with and have bragged about the service I have gotten, mainly about my salesman going out of his way to make my life easier, if they keep this up, they will have earned a customer for life as long as I continue to live here in St. Augustine or surrounding area. I’m glad I gave Bozard a shot at my business, if you’re contemplating buying a Ford, give serious consideration to Bozard, I'm sure you will be just as happy and pleased as me. Christian Scott More

Justin fisher was my primary salesperson, but when he knew I might be coming in when he was not there, he made sure I was greeted and promptly assisted by Tommie Hugee. After shopping several brands, I had narrowed my choices to three dealers and given each sales rep a ist of "criteria" saying first dealer who comes up with the care to meet this wish list, wins. Justin Fisher called me back within 30 minutes after I left the dealership, saying, I have your car. I went back to look and with the exception of the sunroof he was right. And that turned out well, becasue we got excellent service from Frank in the service department with a one-day turnaround on installing a sun-roof that I was delighted with. It's nice to be back in a Lincoln. Justin may be young, but he knows how to provide the kind of service that sells a car. I'd hang on to him if I were you! Lori Genk More
