My most recent experience was after purchasing my new F150, I experienced a hesitation when accelerating. Patrick McGee had mentioned to call for "anything" so I took him up on that. Patrick communicated with the service department, lined up a time for the truck to come in, set up a loaner and swapped out the loaner for my truck at my place of work on the date scheduled. Did not ever need the loaner but it was great having that available. Once the truck was checked out Alex (do not remember last name) contacted me and explained the process, and clearly outlined what I could expect in the future related to this issue. Patrick then returned with my truck and again went over some of the details of the issue with me. This was a very unexpected experience, and very much appreciated, the Bozard team was well represented by Alex and Patrick. Thank you for giving me the chance to provide feedback. More
