Purchased a Tesla from this site 12/29/23. Noted a broken seat adjustment peice and was marked for We Owe repair. Was told orginally set to be repaired on 1-3-24. On 1-2-24 when inquiring for Noted a broken seat adjustment peice and was marked for We Owe repair. Was told orginally set to be repaired on 1-3-24. On 1-2-24 when inquiring for confirmation and time, was told they ordered wrong part and would have to reorder. Part takes 5-7 days for delivery. Followed up 12 days after being told this timelines and part still pending delivery. Now expected sometime between 17th and 31st of Jan. 2 full weeks after initial repair date that was provided at time of purchase. Recieved a call on the 18thstating part had arrived and inquired about scheduling. Noted at home repair was an optional they will have mobile company call to setup. Now we are at the 22nd and still no call to setup service to repair the part that was supposed to be repaired on the 3rd that was Noted when Purchased. Sales rep CJ no longer responding to contact attempts. Service department no longer responding to text via message system and no longer providing updates or call backs. Requested Service manager to call me back and have not heard anything. Love the car. Want this part fixed. More

Recall Work was completed.in 2 hrs. I told Jeff the problem was when I brought my truck in I turned off the radio and AC. When my truck was ready the radio Work was completed.in 2 hrs. I told Jeff the problem was when I brought my truck in I turned off the radio and AC. When my truck was ready the radio was on and a different station. The AC was on. I had compass on my settings it was changed and the seat was pulled forward. This is my truck. The only thing should have been touched was the seat belts. When I have my truck in for service I don’t want anything else touched. More

Easy, breezy! I've bought many cars before and when I say I dreaded the experience, I'm being nice. Bozard changed this outlook for me completely! Andrew Goodman knew I was looking for a Toyota 4Runner and told me about the 2013 4Runner Bozard had on the lot. It has everything I was looking for! He hooked me up with Frank Serverius who couldn't be more accommodating. Throughout the whole process, he made sure I was completely comfortable and taken care of. On the day of purchase he took me out to see the truck. He made sure I was completely satisfied before driving off the lot. When it came to the signing of the papers, Erik Shipley was quick and fun to talk to! He made the process go by quickly. I will definitely be sending people to Bozard for their next car buying experience. They truly are a class act! More

They do not make you feel you are just another number or just a customer. They make you feel as if you are family... We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard. I live close to an hour away for Bozard ford I am also surrounded by two other ford dealerships, my family and I will always drive the extra miles to get our cars and trucks serviced by Bozard.I brought m surrounded by two other ford dealerships, my family and I will always drive the extra miles to get our cars and trucks serviced by Bozard.I brought my truck in for service and Andrew worked on it and did a great job he explained all the services that were recommended and the processes they used to flush fluids and other maintenance items. I brought my silverado in for service and had some work done and I got a carwash and vaccum for free. I just purchased a new Ford Taurus from Bozard and I have to say that the service I received was excellent! Andrew in the main shop recommended to purchase a new vehicle from Bozard and even offered to answe to say that the service I received was excellent!
