When I first arrived at the dealership, I was looking at the new and used vehicles just to do a comparison. I was not ready to buy one. As I was leaving, Randy came running out the door to help me. I told him that I was not ready to buy but just looking. He gratiously spent over an hour with me showing me several cars so that I can make my own decision. He was very observant and noticed that I really liked the Lincoln MKZ but I didn't think I could afford one. A few weeks later Randy called to inform me that he had a brand new 2011 Lincoln MKZ in stock with all the extras that I said I wanted. Randy did everying humanly possible to get the price reasonable so that I could afford to purchase the car of my dreams.
