Bozard Ford Lincoln

When I first arrived at the dealership, I was looking at the new and used vehicles just to do a comparison. I was not ready to buy one. As I was leaving, Randy came running out the door to help me. He was very observant and noticed that I really liked the Lincoln MKZ but I didn't think I could afford one. A few weeks later Randy called to inform me that he had a brand new 2011 Lincoln MKZ in stock with all the extras that I said I wanted. Randy did everying humanly possible to get the price reasonable so that I could afford to purchase the car of my dreams. He even set me up for a class to learn how to sync my ride. The dealer location is excellent, and the minute you walk through the door everyone is willing to assist you. We where on vacation and our mil came on. Brought the truck in and they managed to have a hard to find part replaced in less than 24 hours. They are great. Fantastic service, #1 in our book. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our situtation. We arrived late in the day and did not leave until almost 10pm. However... we left with a brand new ford!
