I still have the Truck, love it! Going to keep it forever. For years I have recommended Bozard Ford and Ricky because it was a pleasure dealing with someone whose goal is not just customer satisfaction, but also customer happiness! PRESENT: I used to have a smaller vehicle to use on business trips. On my way to a conference, I was involved in a wreck. The reason I am able to write this review is because I drove my truck on a gut feeling & it saved my life. Time to get a new business vehicle - one that I knew would be safe. It was my first opportunity to pick out exactly what I wanted and needed both personally and professionally. Off to Bozard and Ricky Goodwin - The 2012 Expedition EL, King Ranch, 4WD - with the color option and accessories I requested was ordered and delivered on time!! He and I initially spoke via the telephone as Bozard Ford is 130 miles from my residence and I wanted to ensure the vehicle I was looking for w Ford. From the time my wife and I met Mike he was the pleasant, knowledgeable and professional sales person, I looked forward to dealing with during this transaction. He went out of his way to ensure my wife and I were comfortable with the purchase, including delivering an accessory to my home that was removed from my trade-in. Terry Seymour was also pleasant and professional. Although we did not spend as much time with Terry, he was well versed in his responsibilities and advised us through the process. The price category is marked lower, as I am unsure of the "deal" pricing. Although I did my research and believed I was well prepared, in today's market the pricing piece is always a challenge. We are giving Bozard Ford/Lincoln this rating, as it is well deserved. Me & my husband had been scouring car dealerships for about 2 wks. What we encountered was mainly very frustrating & dissapointing. well deserved. Me & my husband had been scouring car dealerships for about 2 wks. What we encountered was mainly very frustrating & dissapointing. One dealership wouldn't even disclose car milage or price without insisting on obtaining your name, phone #, & email on a card first. Can't remember the name, but it's in Orange Park & the owners twin daughters' are on their TV commercial. My husband thought he was being "Punked". Cadillac of Orange Park actually requested we start paperwork to seal the deal, while the car we were interested in purchasing, was off the property & being used as either a loner car or was borrowed by an employee. All the while, that particular car wasn't under warranty. It's actually a longer story, but you see the unprofessional tactics we were experiencing. We had purchased a car at Bozard in the past & had a nice experience. We would have been there sooner on our new car search, but this time my husband was seeking an older model vehichle. After checking online, he found Bozard had a car he was interested in. We went there & requested the same salesman we used in the past. That car wasn't right for us but our salesman Bruce, followed up w/ us & within 2 days, the right car came along & we made a deal. Bruce was friendly, easy going, professional, & helpful. We wound up purchasing a warranty & also enjoyed A.J., as he also exhibited professionalism & an easy going personality. Bozard seems organized, offers a nice atmosphere & location, & still has familiar faces from our purchase we made 2 yrs ago. They are also reasonable during negotiation, meaning, we felt we made a good & fair deal with Bozard. We would definatley go back, when it is time for a new car search to begin. More

What a nice surprise at Bozard to deal with Ricky who was pleasant, professional and actually managed to make the experience enjoyable--twice. We bought a second vehicle 30 days after the first one, it was a good deal, and Ricky proved to me that the first experience was not a fluke.
