Tom and Jeff both assisted in my finding the right vehicle. I had a couple of models in mind and they showed me all the features of the vehicles so I could make my decision and when the right color c vehicle. Our car buying experience was very pleasant and professional. We came in on Sat, Dec 24th thinking about buying a car; but not 100% committed. From the time Gino Morici greeted us on the lot and all the way through the test drive, negotiations and car delivery, he was there to answer our questions and make certain we were 100% satisfied with our new car. He took the extra steps to personally remove decals we had on the vehicle and put them intact as possible on a piece of paper so we could turn them in for new ones. We came back to the Bozard dealership a few days later to ask a some additional questions on the vehicle features and again he took time to make sure we left with all of our questions answered. From the minute we drove on to the faciility we were made to feel welcome and comfortable.
