My overall experience at Bozard Ford was excellent. My salesman, Charles Brawner, took an extensive amount of time ensuring that I was getting exactly what I wanted with no compromise. I did notice a small defect in the paint of my new F150 which he personally took to the service department where they made sure it was corrected to my satisfaction. Charles even went as far as to personally deliver my truck to me in Jacksonville once the repair was complete. I truly appreciate the customer service I have received at Bozard and will be confident in my referral when my friends and family are looking for their next car or truck.
