I'm taking the time to write this one because I feel that Tom Krell was an all around great salesperson. Tom was a no pressure type of salesman (which is impossible to find these days) but I think is extremely important. It shows how much he believes in the cars that he's selling and doesn't need to pressure people into buying them which leads to buyer's remorse which leads to a bad taste left in your mouth. He was friendly and professional and addressed every question I had quickly and adequately. I felt the whole dealership had a team mentality and everyone tries to help the customer. I want to add also that I am not the easiest type of customer to deal with, I am extremely meticulous and yet I would recommend Tom and Bozard. More
