Ricky is an honest, down to earth salesman who listened to our needs and helped us choose the right car. He did not waste our time and the entire process of selecting a car to agreeing on a price was less than 2 hours, with the first hour being used to compare, test drive and select our new vehicle. We have bought several new cars over the past few years from different dealers around Jacksonville, and I would say by far that dealing with Ricky and Bozard Ford has been the best experience yet! We purchased our first Ford from another southern ford dealer and thought the experience there went well, but Ricky and Bozard far exceeded our last experience from every possible angle. But the pleasant experience did not stop there, Mike Hanley in financing went over and above to find and secure for us the lowest interest rate possible. We couldn't believe it when he got us 2.33%! Financing and detailing of the car took less than an hour total, then Ricky took the time to explain, set up and program the sync system in the car. This is only the second time in our lives that my husband and I have purchased an American car, and we both have to say that Ford by far has offered us the most for our money from the scheduled maintenance to the 100,000 mile warranty, to the gap protection. There is something to be said to dealing with a family owned business where the people who work there are readily seen within the community. Overall there is nothing more that we could have asked for from the two gentlemen we dealt with or the dealership itself. We are extremely satisfied and excited about our new purchase and the working relationship we have set up with Bozard to maintain our car in the years to come! More
