I was what you might call a hostile customer when I started working with Frank. I had a bad experience with Mulinax and Gary Yoeman so I came to Frank with an attitude. Frank was fantastic. The folks at Bozard were great, it only took a minute to break the ice once I was there. Then the fun began. There was no argument, I ask how much would you be willing to take? and David said well what are you offering? I gave him my number and he said.... OK and that was pretty much it! So about and hour later I drove my new F-350 home. THE END!!! I wish I had more of a story to tell, but I don't it was that easy and simple. I had to drive three hours to get to this dealership from my home, I seen the truck I wanted online and they had it there. I was skeptical at first about dealing with an out of town dealer! but now that I have, I wont have any problems making the three hour journey to them for my next truck. Thanks again guys!!
