We came in to look at a couple of vehicles - upon entering the dealership we were greeted by a couple different salesmen - we knew who we watned to speak with and they respect that. The Sales transaction was one of the more pleasant deals that I have had the privilege of being part of. Charles was courteous and very eager to satisfy our needs. It did take take longer than I had anticipated, but it was stress free. Terry Seymour is probably the most cordial Finance person that I have ever met at a dealership. Very informative and friendly. Go Jags! The only down side to the transaction was when I wanted to discuss with someone about ordering and installing after market parts. My past experiences at other dealers there has always been an individual that you could talk to about the pricing and installation of after market items. This was not the case at Bozrad and I had to talk to the Parts department people and ask what was available and then I had to talk to someone else about the cost of installing them and how to schedule it. Not a way to run a business. As a matter of fact, I ordered the parts 2 weeks ago today and they are still not in yet. I was never introduced to anyone from the Service department to discuss anything about service frequency. The book that came from Ford is very vague, not like the ones that came with prior vehicles I purchased. Based on this experience, I feel that I couldn't rate Customer Service and Quality of Work any higher than a 3. More

I would say the fact that this new Ford purchase was mine I would say the fact that this new Ford purchase was mine and my wife's 4th new Fords from the same dealership and the same salesman, Bozard Ford an I would say the fact that this new Ford purchase was mine and my wife's 4th new Fords from the same dealership and the same salesman, Bozard Ford and Ricky Goodwin. That should say a lot about how we feel. I actually feel like we have friends at Bozard, thats the way they make you feel. No pushing into something, just help finding what you need. I can't say enough about Ricky Goodwin, he is truely an upstanding person. When we decided to get new vehicles we went straight to Bozard and asked for Ricky. The thought of dealing somewhere else or with someone else never crossed our minds. When it's time to trade these in in it will be at Bozard with Ricky Goodwin. I don't take just anybody fishing, but I would love to have Ricky go with me, he is the kind of person you could enjoy spending the day with. There is only one more thing to add, it was a pleasure dealing with all at Bozard Ford. More
Tom made special trip to Jacksonville to pick up vehicle for repairs that were necessary to complete sale. I had mentioned that I found an owners manual online (couldn't find one for purchased vehicle in yo for repairs that were necessary to complete sale. I had mentioned that I found an owners manual online (couldn't find one for purchased vehicle in your store); it was a free pdf, but before he knew that he offered to reimburse me for the cost of the manual. Everything that I asked him to check out, he made note of and did, and reported back to me in a reasonable time frame. I felt he was very professional and took that extra step to keep a customer. I expect good service from anyone who wants business, but you don't expect the extra things that Tom provided! More
David Ski was great helping me with my new lease. He took care of me and was patient with me as I was trying to make my decision that took me weeks to do.
