We started out working with Justin, who was new to the dealership. Justin was very helpful and friendly but soon realized he didn't know if he had a truck with the very specific features we were seeking. dealership. When we pointed out that the truck we had found on line at another dealer had more features at a lower price Frank searched for another vehicle for us and brought it down to a comparable price. That vehicle turned out to be unavailable, so another vehicle was found a bit further away. The vehicle was brought in and fitted with the step rail we wanted before we even saw it. The truck is perfect. Frank and Justin made sure the vehicle was ready to go before we arrived, even when we called to say we were suddenly available a day earlier than we thought. Frank and Justin chatted with us and demonstrated features of the new truck, and even had the vehicle we arrived in washed (we weren't trading) while we waited for our paperwork to be ready. Then TJ took over. TJ was also very helpful and personable. He got us through the paper signing in record time while still explaining the important points. The truck seems perfect and our experience at Bozard was exceptional. More
