I thought Dan did an exceptional job with the purchase of my new car. I was on an X plan so there wasn't a lot of negotiating but he was very very helpful. One thing to note is that my Sync system froze up in my car and when i finally got home at 10:30PM it would not shut off even with the car off and keys out. i was worried it would drain the brand new battery so i called Dans cell at 10:30PM and left a message. he actually called me back within a few minutes. although we didn't really have a solution besides to unhook the battery it was great for him to call back at such a late hour on his personal time. He also said he would follow up with the service manager and give me a call in the morning. I feel like he went above and beyond he job duties in this situation. I am very happy with my service and experience and would recommend Bozard Ford to friends and family even strangers More
