Not perfect but trying. Had car done they looked up my points and made sure I was given credit for discounts that I was unaware that I was qualified. They could have done better job on giving me quote for future work it was buried in current work papers and even when I asked for breakdown of cost of brakes, drums,rotors, calipers parts etc it was not forth coming so I could comparison shop.They did a good job and I have recommend to others for oil changes. Sharyl Brewer always takes the best care of all my concerns and she did it again - love the service and special treatment I get from you. Annie couldn't be nicer and we determined I needed a body shop to take care of the scratches. And of course, with a "auto-butlering" crew did their usual wonderful job. More

Good service but I have a concern Hello. I recently came to your dealership for the Auto Butler service. The service was very good, but after I got home, I noticed several deep, vert Hello. I recently came to your dealership for the Auto Butler service. The service was very good, but after I got home, I noticed several deep, vertical indentations on the bumper below the headlight on the driver side. These indentations were not there previously. I am the sole driver of this car and I would have known if I hit something. The vertical indentations look like something was pressed forcefully against that part of my car resulting in the mark. Each mark is deep and is easily seen. I do recommend your service center, but I do it with a degree of reservation. More
