As always, Marcia and Bozard rule! Called Marcia at 9;15am about a battery issue on a 2014 Explorer that is still under warranty. Extended Warranty I came in to have my car's AC checked out which had a repair that was still in warranty. Crystal went out of her way to assist me in getting this straightened out and called me at home today to let me know that the issue had been resolved and corrected.
