wrong diagnoses in which cost me over $1800.00 in repairs A/C unit was blowing through defrost vents. took it to Bozard, first they thought it was the control head and it was not. then they said it was the ev A/C unit was blowing through defrost vents. took it to Bozard, first they thought it was the control head and it was not. then they said it was the evaporator core door was broken. wanted to charge me over $1100.00 to fix. took their diagnoses to another dealer, they replaced the cover charging me $846.00. that did not fix the problem. took it back to Bozard and spoke with the Service Manager, he told me it was the core cover door. the service guy also told me it was the core cover door that was broken. took the vehicle to a shop specializing in fords. they told me it was a broken door but not the evaporator core cover door. vehicle finally fixed at another cost of over $900.00. wouldn't by a toy vehicle from them and will never take a vehicle back to them. I will say that Marcia in service was very polite and helpful to the point that she could. More

Engine shake and stall Called and talked with Alex Vecerkovic and described my problem and he thought it was the throttle. Heading out for a 4 day fishing trip. Boat hooked up, my 2015 F-150 full of groceries, milk, meats ect. When the "check engine light" comes on. Pulled into service department at Bozard For Boat hooked up, my 2015 F-150 full of groceries, milk, meats ect. When the "check engine light" comes on. Pulled into service department at Bozard Ford of St. Augustine Fl., explained my problem to Marcia Nelsen, she basically dropped what she was doing (& she was busy !!!), went and got Curtis Weatherford who took his computer to my truck and diagnosed a tube assembly failure. He then checked inventory to make sure they had the part, they did and he worked on it immediately, as this happened Miss Nelson took my groceries, put them in a refrigerator ! AWESOME, within 2 hours I was heading for the water. AWESOME. BEST automobile experience EVER. Thank You so much. More

When you walk in the door you are greeted by several very friendly people....asking how they can help, do you need water, etc. Amazing how noticeable the difference is when comparing Bozard to other local Ford service departments. Here they are happy to see you. Not the "oh no, how is this guy going to bug me" look you get elsewhere. Well done!! More
2016 explorer service I recently had to bring my 2016 Explorer in due to it overheating while using the front and rear air. I called Bozard while on 95 in front of the deal I recently had to bring my 2016 Explorer in due to it overheating while using the front and rear air. I called Bozard while on 95 in front of the dealership. They were having phone line issues so I called Daniel Stone my salesman for help. It was 5:58 and the service department closed at 6:00. He met me at the service department with Nathan Dippy. Nathan took all of my info on my issue. Daniel made sure I had a loaner car to drive. Nathan kept us informed on the service of my car. They had my car for two days. Thank you Nathan and Daniel for going above and beyond!!!! Kristina H. More
Outstanding Service! They are incredible and we are so thankful that we chose to get our Lincoln from Bozard Lincoln . We had our first service and because they didn't have a loaner they loaned us the courtesy car plus a date night at The Tasting Room in St. Augustine ? We had a three course meal plus a wine pairing plus a parking space. All complimentary! Also they make you feel like family and everyone in the service department was fantastic! We will continue to do business with them and also recommend Bozard to all our friends and anyone we know that may be interested in getting a car . Thank you, Kathy More
