Heading out for a 4 day fishing trip. Boat hooked up, my 2015 F-150 full of groceries, milk, meats ect. When the "check engine light" comes on. Pulled into service department at Bozard For Boat hooked up, my 2015 F-150 full of groceries, milk, meats ect. When the "check engine light" comes on. Pulled into service department at Bozard Ford of St. Augustine Fl., explained my problem to Marcia Nelsen, she basically dropped what she was doing (& she was busy !!!), went and got Curtis Weatherford who took his computer to my truck and diagnosed a tube assembly failure. He then checked inventory to make sure they had the part, they did and he worked on it immediately, as this happened Miss Nelson took my groceries, put them in a refrigerator ! AWESOME, within 2 hours I was heading for the water. AWESOME. BEST automobile experience EVER. Thank You so much. More

I'm am impressed with the efforts of staff in trying to solve a front end alignment took more time so they paid for oil change. This was nice. Only problem is did not check wipers fluids .I asked at start but forgot to discuss when done. More

We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard. Outstanding Service Department! Fixed a very difficult to diagnose problem the very first time on my hybrid Escape. No other Ford dealership could figure it out without just throwing parts on the vehicl to diagnose problem the very first time on my hybrid Escape.
