Wend above and beyond In May I brought my Ford Escape in for a service issue. As they usually do, they sent my car through the wash and gave it a vacuum so it would look ni In May I brought my Ford Escape in for a service issue. As they usually do, they sent my car through the wash and gave it a vacuum so it would look nice before I picked it up. Well the wonderful man who takes care of all the washing for Bozard Ford, Mr. Jiles, took one look at the hard water spots on my front windshield and side mirrors and went out of his way to work on getting those off for me. When I came to pick it up he went out of his way to find me to show me how to take these spots off myself and to let me know that all is not lost for my paint job. He also was so sweet and said that he would worry about me if I were out on the road with mirrors and a windshield that looked like that and he couldn't have it. When it was all said and done, he told me to just let him know when I was bringing my car up here next and he'd work on it some more. They just don't make gentleman like this any more. I can't thank him enough for going out of his way for me. I look forward to seeing him on my next visit. More
