Truck Inspection Before Trip I wanted to get my truck checked out before making a trip to the Florida Keys in mid June as I would be towing a boat. They sent me over to the quick service center as I was in between maintenance services. I had an appointment and they took me in immediately upon arriving, did a 21 point check and had me out in one hour. All personnel I encountered were very courteous and professional. My new go to shop! Best visit i have had at a dealership. Normally i avoid dealerships, but service here was great! Associates were extremely friendly and helpful. Was in for a oil change and recall service on my car. I chose to wait onsite, but was offered a ride to and from my job if i needed. While waiting Colby came and updated on progress. The customer lounge was nice. More

When Does It End??? I wasn't going to leave a review originally, but because I keep getting calls and emails insisting I do, here it goes: Ford recalled my 2013 Ford Fo I wasn't going to leave a review originally, but because I keep getting calls and emails insisting I do, here it goes: Ford recalled my 2013 Ford Focus not once, but twice due to a faulty clutch/lack of transmission. Now, I had no problem with the thought of getting my car fixed as I know I can just open a recall claim and have them fix it for no cost... Well, after the software update in my vehicle, I was told that I would receive a call within 6 WEEKS once my clutch came in. 2 MONTHS go by before I even receive a call. By this time, I had already moved to a new city, so I called to discuss my claim. I later find out that my representative lost the claim and that's why I never received a call however the only way to ensure that I can still use the claim is to talk to her. It took me another entire month just to contact her because she had a way of never answering her phone (Marcia @ Bozard)... Now, almost 4 months have past since my initial claim and I still live a whole city away. Martia finally contacts me, telling me my clutch is in, however by this time my car was nearly undriveable. So I call a closer ford and ask them to transfer the part. They tell me, that one ford dealership has to sell the clutch for MY car to another ford dealership and turned it into yet another huge ordeal. I finally tell them to forget it and I was forced to have to tow my car 4 months after the initial claim for a second recall all the way to a Ford in a different city. I decide to request an oil change while its out there, and to be quite honest, with the xxxx they put me through, I'm surprised they even charged me for it. Needless to say, the car is already paid off, but now I know never to use Ford again. The cars are plastic and they will keep recalling your car until they're actually out of the recalled part completely. Not to mention, the reps in three dealerships in the both Jax and Saint Augustine have a lot of problems with dealing with claims. Please train your staff better. You're dealing with cars, not clothes or food. -Julia More

Great Service and fantastic customer service! I was never one to take my car to the dealership for service, always felt they over charged and really could care less when they got to my car. Since I was never one to take my car to the dealership for service, always felt they over charged and really could care less when they got to my car. Since moving to the area we have used Bozard service for our 2013 Escape and the service was outstanding! While there my wife even talked with sales and ended up in a 2016 Escape. Recently added a 2012 Ford for one of my children and took it there to have it checked out. They checked for and did all outstanding recalls and checked over car for me. When due for service in my own Jeep Wrangler I decided on Bozard Ford instead of the local Jeep dealership because they do such a great job. More
