Great Service and fantastic customer service! I was never one to take my car to the dealership for service, always felt they over charged and really could care less when they got to my car. Since moving to the area we have used Bozard service for our 2013 Escape and the service was outstanding! While there my wife even talked with sales and ended up in a 2016 Escape. Recently added a 2012 Ford for one of my children and took it there to have it checked out. They checked for and did all outstanding recalls and checked over car for me. When due for service in my own Jeep Wrangler I decided on Bozard Ford instead of the local Jeep dealership because they do such a great job. More

First Class Service An issue arose with my MKZ while on travel in Virginia. I telephonically contacted Bozard and they provided me with guidance that allowed me to get b An issue arose with my MKZ while on travel in Virginia. I telephonically contacted Bozard and they provided me with guidance that allowed me to get back home to Florida. I made a service appointment during that telcall and brought my MKZ in immediately upon my return. They provided a loaner car which I had for several days as a part had to be ordered. My vehicle was serviced well within the timre frame expected with all problems corrected and within warranty. I purchased my MKZ and have had it service only there ever since. It is truly a top flight operation throughout and an outstanding representative of the Ford/Lincoln family. More
