Excellent. Ms. Marcia Nelson and I had an adventure yesterday.! I had brought in my Lincoln for service and was given a Lincoln loaner for the day. On the way Ms. Marcia Nelson and I had an adventure yesterday.! I had brought in my Lincoln for service and was given a Lincoln loaner for the day. On the way home I stopped at a pharmacy and upon entering the car again to go home, I could not get the car moving. Yes, I had been shown operation points. I called Ms. Nelson and within minutes a tow driver arrived, got the car started and I was on my way. It was OPERATOR malfunction; nothing wrong with the car. But Ms. Nelson had the presence of mind to plan rescue and had another Lincoln at the ready. Just tremendous service from Bozard. More

Super We were notified to have the wife's 16 Fusion to have the Auto Butler treatment. I work M-F 7-5. Wife called and explained this problem. We were able to drop car one evening, was given a free loaner car, then picked up her car next evening. The $19.95 wash was dropped also. Everyone we met was very helpful. Warranty repairs Brought my Focus in for the clutch TSB and hood release cable repair. Both services performed under warranty.. They had the car for less than 24 hrs and provided a rental car. Service Advisor Marcia Nelson is a pleasure to deal with. The Tech that did the repair returned the car clean and with both conditions corrected. My only source of dissatisfaction lies with Ford Motor Co. itself in that there was an inexcusable delay in getting the parts. The actual service took less than a day after a 2 month wait for the parts to appear. More

He took the truck without appointment and ahead of others to get the safety problem addressed and repaired. He also provided a loaner til mine was repaired.
