Fantastic service again! I made an appointment and took my 2013 MKZ to the Quick Lane service. Appointment time was 9:30 am. I arrive at 9:20, Christopher Hicks immediately I made an appointment and took my 2013 MKZ to the Quick Lane service. Appointment time was 9:30 am. I arrive at 9:20, Christopher Hicks immediately greeted me, he filled out the work order and assigned a technician to troubleshoot and fix my vehicle. He told me it would take around 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the job was complete and I was on my way. I have had both my Z's serviced at Bozard, and every time I get the same exceptional service. I am hooked on Bozard Ford/Lincoln...please don't change anything. More
