not saying the entire dealership is bad got oil change at quick lane they were really awesome. they found my radiator fluid was discolored so I had to go to service it was on a sat they got got oil change at quick lane they were really awesome. they found my radiator fluid was discolored so I had to go to service it was on a sat they got me in fast . but they told me everything was good with my car so I left . well that Tuesday I check fluid my self and notice the cover that goes over my motor was gone. its the big plastic piece that covers over motor parts to make it look nice under hood. well I call my salesman he got right on top of it they called me to see how the service went I told them what happened they said they will have someone call its been over for days and nothing. what gets me is when the guy cleaned his work area up I would think he would notice it was extra and told someone to call around to see if someone is missing this part. plus if u say someone ill call they should. not sure who worked on car but needs to let people know they forgot to put piece back on car . I paid for it when I bought car so it should stay with car . was going to purchase another car but not sure I will after this. More

Service consultant Colby Clarke listened to our odd car problem and assured us Bozard was up to the challenge. He put us in a rental car and told us he would keep us posted. It was a complex, unusual (computer) issue that took some sleuthing to resolve. The service team kept after it and Colby kept us in the loop so we had confidence in the process. When it was finally done, we were pleased to hear it was covered by the warranty, and they had taken care of recall items too. We are back on the road again. Two thumbs up Bozard! More
