Thank You Kevin Bressler! I have been taking my Ford Vehicles to Bozard Ford for about 3 years, using their "Quick Lane" service department. I always call ahead for an appointm I have been taking my Ford Vehicles to Bozard Ford for about 3 years, using their "Quick Lane" service department. I always call ahead for an appointment so I don't spend a lot of time waiting. This week I arrived for my 3 o'clock appointment on time, told them my wife and I would go shopping and was told they would call my cell phone when the car was finished. I came back an hour later only to find they had not even brought my car in to start the work. Kevin Bressler told me they would get right on it and about 25 minutes later it was finished. Kevin came over to where my wife and I were waiting and simply said "You're all set". When I tried to pay the bill he said "no charge, you never should have been made to wait that long". I was shocked to say the least but he made me feel really good and turned a bad experience into a very positive one. It was a class act what he did and will bring me back to their Quick Lane in the future. I thank him, he is a good man!! Sincerely, Ray Benner More
Good Service in the Past; Not This Time. This visit was arranged by Ford Motor Company for a final repair attempt on my wife's 2014 Ford Focus. A rental car was promised to be ready, however This visit was arranged by Ford Motor Company for a final repair attempt on my wife's 2014 Ford Focus. A rental car was promised to be ready, however; there was not a rental available and I was put into a substandard vehicle after having to be transported to Hertz at the St Augustine Airport. No service was conducted on the vehicle. The service representative told me they found no issues, even though I have taken the vehicle there for this same problem in the past and they have had to replace parts. The issue still exists and the vehicle is very unsafe. As I departed the dealership with the vehicle, it was still experiencing the same problems and still is today. The entire process made me feel like we were now being treated differently due to the fact that this is being handled under the Lemon Law and this was a final repair attempt. I have a 2014 Ford Edge and my daughter has a 2015 Ford Fusion. Both vehicles are great and we have always taken them there in the past for repairs and/or service. After the way we were treated during this visit for the final repair attempt, I will not be using this service location in the future and will have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. More

Warranty Repair Marcia was great, came right out and looked at the problems I had with my new MKX, and had service personnel out to look at the problems. Upon the se Marcia was great, came right out and looked at the problems I had with my new MKX, and had service personnel out to look at the problems. Upon the service persons inspection it was determined that they would have to order parts for repair and it would take a couple of days to do the work. Marcia immediately got me a loaner vehicle (new Lincoln MKX) and I was on my way. Marcia constantly kept us aware of the status of the repair and notified us when it was completed. Marcia was one of the most courteous eager to please people I have dealt with and made a bad situation on a newly purchased vehicle almost enjoyable. She is a great credit ti BOZARD. More

When I took my 2014 Lincoln MKX in for the repair, I dealt with Marcia Nelson who took excellent care of me. Marcia Nelson arranged for my MKX to be taken offsite for repair, after it was determined to extensive for in-house repair. When I went to drop off the MKX for the repair Marcia Nelson was out sick and I was taken care of by Alex Vecerkovic. My entire experience was very pleasant. More
