Bozard Ford Lincoln - Service Center

This is a great customer oriented Dealership I had a continuing issue with driver's side latch and door ajar light. I had it replaced under warranty by a different dealership (where I purchased I had a continuing issue with driver's side latch and door ajar light. I had it replaced under warranty by a different dealership (where I purchased the vehicle) years ago. The problem returned. I returned to that dealership and they cleaned the latch which worked for a short while. I contacted Mike Tudor whom I have dealt with in the past who put me in touch with Crystal Garrison. Crystal ordered the necessary parts for a wiper sensor (another issue) and a door latch. The door works perfectly, the wiper sensor is working perfectly. Crystal put my in a loaner car for two days. Everything works great. The driver's door is nice and tight and my vehicle was given to me vacuumed and washed! Bozard Ford Lincoln is top notch, does fantastic work and takes care of the customer. Even though this dealership is a little out of the way, they will get my business. More

Good Job & Exceded our expectations! Complicated repairs on an older (but very cool) vehicle plus a new set of tires. First of all - The tire prices are amazing. We went in for tires, a slow starting issue and a safety check. Thank goodness we did. The slow start was a product of a broken fuel pump connection leaking a significant amount of gas from the bottom of the vehicle. The Staff ( Jeff Sparks & Alex Vecerkovic) was very considerate and professional. The mechanic assigned to perform the work did an amazing job. All of the staff we worked with are a tribute to Ed Roberts. We were at a crossroad when it came to getting it fixed or selling it. The vehicle was in great shape otherwise and we are very glad that we chose to get the repairs. It feels and drives like a new truck now. More

Ed Roberts also schooled me on what causes the issue I had with my truck and how that effects the performance. All of the people I came in contact with at Bozard were extremely friendly and offered cookies, popcorn and drinks which is a nice touch to any business. Not just an oil change I needed an oil change and tire rotation and didn't have the time to wait. Since I had an errand to run in the area I got Mike, the courtesy driver, to take me where I needed to go. Mike is so friendly and great to talk with...I'd highly recommend getting a ride with Mike even if you're going to wait at the new micro-brewery close by! More
