I am telling everyone about Quick Lane! I rolled in at 5pm thinking there was no way I could get a battery in a short amount of time. I got to Quick Lane in a panic and the ladies were help I rolled in at 5pm thinking there was no way I could get a battery in a short amount of time. I got to Quick Lane in a panic and the ladies were helpful and patient. I rolled out at 6pm and told everyone why I could not make the event I was supposed to be at, but Bozard was a saving grace and I am telling everyone. Thank you so much for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. More

The staff is top notch, always keeping me abreast of repair status and what my options might be with regards to parts, etc. More

Great Experience as usual I was early for my appointment for a general service and have a damage leather seat looked at. They were able to get me in early and Ed Roberts inspected the seat and took it over for some work after the service was finished. His people repaired the seat where the damage is virtually perfect. As far as I'm concerned they are "artists". Thanks to the entire staff. More
Quick Lane is quick! Saturday evening going up Rt 95 around 6:00 PM I noticed my odometer was ready to hit 20,000 miles. I was approaching the exit for Bozard Ford. I ga Saturday evening going up Rt 95 around 6:00 PM I noticed my odometer was ready to hit 20,000 miles. I was approaching the exit for Bozard Ford. I gave them a call and much to my surprise their Quick Lane was open until 7:00 PM. Colby Clarke and Sonya Roberson wrote up the service order. Mechanics Adam and Cody got the oil and filter changed and even ran it through the car wash. 20 minutes later I was on my way to dinner with a clean and serviced car! Thanks Bozard! More
A Happy Service Customer When I went in for service, Marcia was a bit busy so Ms Bueno wrote up the ticket. I was impressed by the team work this demonstrated. Beyond that, Marcia was her usual jubilant self and as always put in the extra effort to assure that my issues were addressed promptly and totally. Marcia also took care of a bulletin issue that I was not aware of. As I waited in the waiting area, Marcia kept me apprised of the progress of my car's service even though she was obviously very busy with other customers' issues. While I waited, I enjoyed coffee and freshly baked cookies and popcorn in a clean and neat area. What a pleasure. The service was accomplished promptly, but the wait seemed much shorter in as much as I actually enjoyed the wait due to the unexpected amenities. These types of experiences along with the total faith that I have in our salesman, Henry Rowe (we have bought 2 cars from Henry), are why we choose Bozard Ford rather than other dealers that are much closer to home. In fact we drive past or near 2 other dealerships that we have bought cars and service from in the past to get to Bozard. Not that our experiences there were bad, but Bozard is superior in our minds.
