Ace top-notch service at Bozard Ford, St Augustine Bozard service dept is one of the best I have experienced. Always, helpful, honest and deliver on all aspects of service. I highly recommend them for your next car purchase. However, Ford's lack of attention to address the re-designing of their sunroof mechanisms, leaves much to be desired. Apparantly a problem that is not new, consistently occurs and has not been changed or addressed in F150 truck designs since 2010 or earlier. Shame on Ford considering they do many other great things with their truck engineering. An unaffordable cost to fix their poor sunroof design. But ask for Colby..he is awesome in Service delivery! More

Had concerns about tires wear and hauling new camper, John had tech check everything out to make sure vehicle was ready and safe! My only experience with Bozard service is with the quick lane (that's a good thing). I have been in three times for oil changes and associated routine service. At each occasion I have been quickly greeted, treated cordially and in a friendly manner. I have never had the feeling that I was being pressed to buy something that I really didn't need and except for one air filter I was never sold anything. This has been one of our best cars ever and this dealership will get our future business. More

Thank you to the Service Dept I had a very odd request for the Service department yesterday. My son thought he dropped his phone under the seat of my LIncoln MKC. After our unsucc I had a very odd request for the Service department yesterday. My son thought he dropped his phone under the seat of my LIncoln MKC. After our unsuccessful search, we brought it in to Bozard. Marcia and her team thoroughly searched the interior (including removing seats, console, etc). She also called me throughout the day to give me frequent updates. Although ultimately the phone was never found, I know that they went over and above their duty. This team was very friendly, kind, and professional! More
