Transmission issue then my ac didnt work when i left I went in on Friday for an appointment to check my transmission at 11am, only to be told that they wouldn't get to it until later that day. I then rec I went in on Friday for an appointment to check my transmission at 11am, only to be told that they wouldn't get to it until later that day. I then received a call from them at 3pm telling me that it needed a new transmission. I had an extended warranty so they were suppose to call them. They didn't do so until 4:45pm that day. They were told that an inspection had to be done on the car in order to get approved. The inspection was scheduled for Monday. I had to call all day Monday to see the results. I didn't find out until Tuesday at 12pm that it was approved. Bad customer service!!!They then told me that it would cost me $1500.00 out of pocket over the $3000.00 that the insurance covered. I looked online for the transmission and it was only $1700.00 they told me $2800.00. When I found somewhere else to go I went to the dealership to pay for the inspection to see what was wrong. Then they tried to price match after I had already called the tow truck. I then told them that I would go with the other shop. Then when the tow truck got to the shop where the work was getting done he proceeded to tell me that they (Bozard) were pissed off at me for leaving and not letting them do the work. My AC worked in my car and now it doesn't. It appears that something was done to it as there is grease over the AC part. Seems suspicious to me. More
Resolved Ford Service Card Issue I recently brought for 2009 Ford Flex in for service at Bozard Ford. I used my Ford Service Card to pay the associated charges, which totaled more th I recently brought for 2009 Ford Flex in for service at Bozard Ford. I used my Ford Service Card to pay the associated charges, which totaled more than $1,300. For whatever reason, the expected 12 month/0% interest promo was not applied to my account. Therefore, upon receipt of my monthly statement the full amount was due. I contacted Ford Service Credit and they said I needed to contact the dealership to have the promo added to my account. Long story short, Piper went over and above to resolve an issue with Ford Service Credit to ensure I received the advertised 12 months/0% interest offer after the credit card company dropped the ball several times in trying to fix this concern. Dedication to customer service, such as that exhibited by Piper, will have me returning to Bozard Ford again and again. Regards, Ted Lafiteau More

Absolutely Amazing! Best service experience ever! The heat in my 2014 Ford Edge was not working properly on the driver's side. My fiancé called Bozard and told them what Best service experience ever! The heat in my 2014 Ford Edge was not working properly on the driver's side. My fiancé called Bozard and told them what was going on and set up my appointment for a Wednesday morning with service advisor, Crystal, even asked her if they could put me in a rental so I could get back to work that day. I was running late Wednesday morning due to an accident on 95, I called Crystal to let her know I would be running late, she reassured me not to worry. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by a smile and warm hello, she took my info and called up for the rental (super sweet 2016 Explorer Limited- totally in love with it!) I was in and out in not even 10 minutes. Later that day she called me and told me that they order 2 parts and was waiting on their delivery. Come to find out, one part came in and the second was on backorder over 3 weeks out. She reassured me that she and her service manager contacted corporate to get them to expedite the delivery and that they would cover the rental past the 10 days that my warranty covered. Without a doubt, they stayed true to their word, my car was in their shop for a little over 2 weeks and it was by far the smoothest process ever. Crystal was amazing, she kept me updated daily and stayed true to her word that they would get it taken care of. They without a doubt gained a customer for life. More

Outstanding experience for service needs I can't say enough great things about my entire experience in having my vehicle serviced at Bozard! I had been very unhappy with a prior dealership th I can't say enough great things about my entire experience in having my vehicle serviced at Bozard! I had been very unhappy with a prior dealership that was near my house and Bozard was recommended by some colleagues. I drove all the way from Jacksonville and it was worth it. Piper was my service rep and she was fantastic: warm, friendly , efficient and knowledgeable. But the most delightful surprise came from Giles. All vehicles are washed and vacuumed after service and there were some spots still on the hood. Giles took the vehicle back to take care of it and my 6-yr old Explorer came back waxed, buffed, and as shiny as the day I bought it. Wow! The pride taken by Giles in making sure the car looked great is reason enough to keep taking my car there. I was impressed by the dealership from start to finish. More
