Never Gave Up! Jeff Sparks and his team had the hard task of locating a rattle in the front end of my 2012 Edge. They replaced one thing at a time, hoping to isolate it, and after three different parts, found the problem and fixed it. The main thing is that they just never gave up. There had been no warning and thankfully one of the guys had not left and gave me a jump. After getting home I called Bozard right away to see if they could work me in on Friday. I knew they would be slammed after a holiday but they said no problem and Colby set up a 9:30 appointment . While I was there Colby came out to the waiting area and said there was a recall on the airbags. I had not even received a notice about it yet. Every time I have had to have service Bozard goes beyond what my reason for taking my car in. I feel safe in my vehicle because I know the care the service department takes to look at every component of my car. They also make sure you are comfortable while you wait. More
Excellent experience at Bozard Ford! I had an issue with my Edge's door handle paint flaking off. Took the car to another dealership where the repair was denied by Ford, although the car I had an issue with my Edge's door handle paint flaking off. Took the car to another dealership where the repair was denied by Ford, although the car was under warranty. Then took the car to Bozard Ford in St. Augustine where Alex Vecerkovic examined the car. Not sure what happened, but Alex called me a few days later and said he had the repair approved. He informed me they would call me when the new part came in, and he did. The repair was done in just over an hour and my Edge is looking new again. Marcia Nelson closed out my paperwork and made sure I was satisfied with the repair and service. I can't say enough about this dealership and the service people mentioned above who made this potentially unpleasant experience a happy one. I brought it in and had the protection applied and the truck was ready in the given time range. I was called when it was completed and was very satisfied with the service results upon my arrival. They did all the work to my COMPLETE & TOTAL satisfaction. Adam Herringdine (tech) fixed / corrected all the issues it was in for. Clay (Creative Colors) worked on the interior & made it look BETTER THAN NEW! Barry Benjamin (Product Manager) identified & corrected a very stubborn (& loud) suspension squeak. Miles Mealor (Auto Detailer) went over my car with a fine tooth comb & returned it to me spotless! Crystal Garrison (my service advisor) was her usual exceptional self. She oversaw the entire process, made sure the vehicle was cared for when it was there & took her time / effort to explain (& show) me all that they did. The entire staff takes GREAT PRIDE in their work! They treat your car like it was their own & truly care about the work they do. They all exhibit great expertise in their jobs & show superior workmanship quality. MOST IMPORTANTLY they make you welcome & create a relaxed / pleasant atmosphere. It simply is the BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I've ever been to. More
