Great service went Above my expectations! I was blown away by my recent car servicing experience at Bozard. I started out by only having a short amount of time for this appointment and went i I was blown away by my recent car servicing experience at Bozard. I started out by only having a short amount of time for this appointment and went in expecting to spend a ton of money. I needed to have my tires fixed (losing air pressure in 2 tires and found a nail in another), oil change, break light kept coming on and tires needed rotating. Not only did I get in and out quickly, my bill was about 1/5 of what I expected! The service was super friendly and atmosphere was nice. I've been to so many other service stations only to be beat over the head with more things to spend my money on. It's quite stressful, especially as a woman. I will never shop for a car or go anyplace for servicing but to Bozard Ford! Only compliant was that I smelled cookies baking but was out of there so fast that I didn't get one! Thank you Bozard! She arranged a rental for me for the day and promised my car would be well taken care of. Piper delivered on her promise and exceeded my expectations once again. My car was fixed and ready to go by day end. What a valued employee Bozard Ford has! Exceptional Service Department!!!!!!! I took my 2015 Mustang in for service & it ran as smooth as silk. They addressed all the issues that my vehicle was in for & corrected all of them (in I took my 2015 Mustang in for service & it ran as smooth as silk. While they had my car they provided me with a loaner vehicle which made the whole process even easier. Crystal G. (my service advisor) & all the techs that worked on it were FANTASTIC!! Dropping the car off & picking it up went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service department to anyone looking for a place to have work done to their vehicle. I have followed him from other Ford dealerships and I will continue to follow him because he is professional and courteous and always solve any issue I have with my vehicle. Rarely have any issues because I buy Ford products but occasionally there is a problem. Crystal is my service provider and I do not have enough room to write all the great things I can say about her. She always makes a bad day brighter and has a unique skill in fitting everything into her day. She can hustle like no other employee I have seen. She always comes through for me. This team is second to none and I have never had a better experience at a dealership. Bozard Ford has my business and I travel over an hour to get there and pass two Ford dealers on the way. Keep up the great work. More
Great service My truck had an intermittent hesitation when the engine was cold. I called and scheduled an appointment to drop it off at night so it could be looked at the next day. I was treated very nice during my drop off and was told they would find the problem. The next day the service adviser called and said it was fixed and it was computer issue. Since I couldn't get there before the service department closed my advisor said she would leave the key up front so I could get it when it's convenient for me. More

Provide complete estimate/complete accordingly Please provide a complete estimate to the customer of the work to be performed on vehicles prior to work order completion. I came in for a wheel align Please provide a complete estimate to the customer of the work to be performed on vehicles prior to work order completion. I came in for a wheel alignment and when I described the problem with the car, a slight wobbling of the tires I was told the car may only need tires and balance. The Ford associate stated the alignment only needs to be done when the car pulls to one side of the road which my car was not. I was provided two estimates for tires only which caused me to believe the alignment was not necessary. When the car was finished, I not only had a bill that was $100.00 more than the original estimate, the car was now pulling to one side where it was not before. I was required to make time for a second trip to the Bozard service center to have the problem "corrected". My car is still pulling/drifting to one side after the second visit which it was not doing before. More

The service department did not work on my truck when they said they would........they diagnosed the repairs Not enough room to relate my experience. The service department did not work on my truck when they said they would........they diagnosed the repairs improperly......caused the extended warranty to deny the repairs.......they installed parts that were not needed.....the whole problem was related to a TSB......they performed the TSB.....I got back on the road after 6 hours.......my truck broke down withing 75 miles of the dealership! .............I paid $485.00 for parts that were not needed on a truck with 25K mi on it and was told if I left without fixing it I would void my drive train warranty..............I limped back to Lakeland Florida and took my truck to the dealer I purchased it from.........I just got it back out of the shop after three days.........The service manager at Lakeland and two technicians looked at the parts that Bozard put on my truck and said nothing was wrong with any of them...... I was out of town and I really believe I was intentionally ripped off. I have received a call from your quality representative.....she apologized as well as the service manage, but Bozard still has $485.00 of my money.........so, do I feel good? no, refund the money you charged me for repairs I didn't need and because you service department reported it wrong to my extended warranty company, they also denied any reimbursement. I have the parts that were taken off......I do intend to send them to Ford with a letter that relates this experience in detail.........I own this 2012 F150 and a 2016 Ford Explorer, and I have owned three other new Ford vehicles. If I ever get a hint of my dealer cheating me or anyone else like this you can bet they will lose my business in a drop of hat. Your apologies have been heard....I'll accept you apology when I know you are sincere by refunding my money. More
