Inoperative smart key Less than two months after purchasing our flex LTD, the smart key came apart and was and did not work properly. I was a bit apprehensive as this has not happened on previous vehicles owner for several years. Crystal assisted in having in replaced under warranty. The parts department added that the had not seen failure of the smart key in the past, except for batteries or getting wet. When traveling on interstate 95 alone, my Lincoln 2007 Lincoln began making odd noises, and I remembered seeing Bozard from previous interstate trips, When traveling on interstate 95 alone, my Lincoln 2007 Lincoln began making odd noises, and I remembered seeing Bozard from previous interstate trips, so I went to them, hoping I wasn't going to be stranded before reaching my destination. I have never been so surprised how attentive this group was to my need. Prompt attention was given to me, even though, I had never visited their facility before. Not only did they get me on my way in a couple of hours, they did it with a smile and not too overpriced for an emergency stop. I appreciated them working me in and making me feel so comfortable.
