Warranty service I had a problem with my external side mirrors working from the inside switch. Excellent service. Went in for oil change, 19 pt. inspection, tire rotation and check for noise under the hood. I arrived a little early for my 1:00pm appt., was greeted by Piper Bueno who immediately processed me in, my car taken back to service right away. The noise turned out to be a problem with the R&R belt, tensioner and idler pulley. Marsha Nelson quickly let me know the problem and how long it would take to repair. The cust. waiting area is comfortable and I didn't have a long wait even though it was a busy day. Marsha and Piper were fast, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They are what makes a business and keeps customers coming back. More

We went to Bozard Lincoln and they diagnosed it as a faulty throttle body. We could have not been treated nicer and service could not have bern better! Not only was the repir done in a readonabe amount of time, but Jeff Sparks, our advisor, was very couprteous and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable during our wait and offered a rental car to us. Other employess we came in contact with were alo very friendly and helpful. This was the best treatment I have ever received at a car dealership, and if I lived in that area,I would certainly do business with Bozard.
