My wife and I have just started looking for a small SUV to replace our current one. We dropped off our MKZ and picked up an MKC for a trial run. The MKC is a great vehicle. Roomy, not overly large and rides like a car. It was as smooth a ride as our MKZ. It is definitely at the top of our list when we get ready to make the purchase. The whole thing was well coordinated and the staff very professional and helpful. Doubt you could find a dealership that made you feel as valuable a customer as Bozard does every time. More

Marcia Nelson was the Bomb! I was in Fl for my daughters wedding and my check engine light came on in my 2015 F250 while I was down there. Marcia knew what I was dealing with, getting ready for the wedding, so she immediately placed me in a rental and took care of my truck. I didn't get my truck back till the end of the week, but that was b/c the parts had to be ordered. I loved that my service advisor had a cell and I could text or talk with her when needed. I wish Bozard was in TN and was my dealer, b/c the service at JONES FORD, Savannah, TN leaves a lot to be desired and they could learn a lot from BOZARD. I picked my truck up Saturday morning and it had been washed and waiting on me. Very smooth and easy working with Marcia and Bozard. Thank you. More
